I absolutely enjoyed staying in this hotel during my visit to Chiang Rai. Located centrally, with all the facilities. Room was very spacious with separate work table and L-shaped sofa to relax. Jacuzzi was excellent! Lots of healthy food options for breakfast buffet. A large pool to swim and a well equipped gym. They also have their own massage and spa salon. Highly recommend this place.

Hotel room is nice and clean. Breakfast are pretty good and tasty. The main complaint is the women in the reception, seems like the manager, is racist and rude. She explained to me in english ( I'm foreigner), but the next day when I asked something ( of course related to hotel) she pretends don't understand english at all. Even my Thai friend explained to her, she treats her badly. Won't recommend to stay with this kind of treatment. With the hotel Price in Chiang Rai, U can get better offer and good services. Other than this woman, most of their staffs pretty good manner and friendly. The woman manager need more training.

As usual whenever in Chiang Rai City, we would book here. Room: Large and Spacious, equipped with luxury amenities. However the TV outdated already, the Art display on the wall is even bigger 2x than the TV. Hotel & Service: staff and service are dedicated, well spoken English and very helpful and friendly all the times. Location: its in the Central those famous attraction e.g white & blue temple. Surrounded are covered by shopping malls and night market. You may even learn Pub music too.

Location can be excellent or not depending on individual preference. While the hotel is not in Chiang Rai old town, it is directly opposite the main shopping mall and nightlife district. Overall excellent value for the hotel, with big and clean rooms, warm friendly service/team here, and generally good experience. Thank you and wish the team the best :)

Very friendly staff many speak English. Doorman especially helpful with baggage and good suggestions. There was one night of the 6 that we stayed that there was a loud party going on somewhere behind the hotel. It was a national celebration of an important date of some sort. Otherwise it is a quiet location. It was really nice to have such a nice shopping mall just across the street. Restaurants, food court, clothes, electronics, pharmacies, anything you want just right there.

Modern and clean hotel with spacious room and lovely staff. The hotel is opposite to a mall where you can find local food and fast food. It's also next to a supermarket where you can do last-minute shopping. Will recommend this to my friends.
