Room is OK, location is good, near to eatery, night bazaar and massage parlour, hotel help to do decoration for anniversary celebration, helpful staff

Hotel staff is very helpful. Help to book day tour. Breakfast is cheap and has vegan food variety. Great location. Near night market and bus interchange. Pets cafe nearby also.🥰

Generally clean. Sorry, I didn't like that my aircond has tissues holding the flap. Very central location, close to everything and anything. Always service with a smile Nice pool. .

Always stay at Hi Chiangrai when i visit this town. Hotel location is perfect as there are lots of eateries within walking distance. Can also walk to the night bazar which also walking distance. The hotel just renovated recently and the lobby and restaurant looks fantastic. Will definitely stay in Hi Chiangrai again.

I booked a room with two sets of breakfast. My friends booked another. I asked for two room cards and said my friend and I would eat in different times. The receptionist refused in the beginning. How stupid your policy is!

Newly built hotel. Nice hotel and staff. Free bicycles for guests as well. Microwave oven is provided in the lobby.

Wonderful, friendly and professional staff. Hotel is modern and squeaky clean. Daily housekeeping. Free bottles of water, tea and coffee. We really liked the glass water bottles which we think are sustainable. Room is spacious for two people. All the amenities for a comfortable stay. Comfy bed but the pillows were too high, made uncomfortable to sleep on it. Good air-conditioning. Ample hot water. Bathroom with good fittings. Water pressure was impressive. Spacious refrigerator which is cool. Flat screen tv with local tv channels. Nice indoor swimming pool but open roof so during the daytime it gets enough sunlight. Hotel provides washing machine with a drier. 100 Baht for wash and dry for one hour cycle. Free bicycles for a deposit of 500 Baht. Hotel's location is great which is walking distance to the main bus stop, night bazaar and the temples. We highly recommend this hotel.

The location is very near to the Bus Terminal. Rooms is clean and water pressure is good. They have bicycles available. Good choice to stay😁

Hi Chiang Rai is a relatively new hotel around the area that we stayed. Not sure whether it’s due to the recent flooding at Chiang Rai, feels that there isn’t many tourists staying in the hotel during our stay there. Hotel was clean & thoughtful, and provides 2 umbrella in the hotel room in case we need probably cos of the rainy season now. Very near to the night bazaar and small bus terminal with many eating places nearby. Hotel breakfast was so-so with quite limited options but good enough if we don’t want to go out especially if raining in the morning. Overall a good hotel option for us.
