Cheap with nice swimming pool and breakfast included. Location is a bit far. Place is dark and not that clean.

Good service

The hotel does seem a lot better in pictures but it is decent enough when you’re there. The rooms look okay but are very old and are smelly although fairly clean. The service is be the biggest issue here. Unwilling to help, we actually wanted to raise our concerns about not being able to use the pool and the manager was on vacations and couldn’t be contacted, there was no one on-site in charge so we had to escalate this to trip support instead. Honestly if you can go somewhere else. The location’s very good though.

room is really big delux room as a big bathroom, cant complain about anything here its really good. Has a laundry self service area near reception too

Firstly the hotel is offering a pool that is not in service , the room was ok but not totally clean and the breakfast was Asian nothing else , and finished before 10 am.

Breakfast was awesome. Staff was great helpful and cheerful. Housekeeping did amazing. Fitness was clean and well done. Places to eat easy to walk to

the standard room is ok for this price, though this rooms are not quiet. the gym is well equipped. breakfast is Thai-Style, for eggs you have to pay extra. restaurants, a bar and 7/11 are close. even the center of Chiang Rai is reachable by a walk in around 10 minutes. deluxe rooms are the better choice, we had both kind of rooms.

A bit isolated and a long walk to the centre, but reception will call you a taxi to get into town and cost about 75 BAHT Tuk tuk available from the night bazaar and they want 100 back. Use them, It looked like a a simple walk but I got lost twice 🤣 Great sized pool sun chairs mostly broken 🤔

Too many Mosquitoes in the room, also in the lobby all around. Can not sleep after spraying insect repellent but it smells. No iron and not friendly receptionist. Overall ok!

OK place right beside old airport with a large pool and gym, breakfast not a huge selection but okay

Good for the price and good location. You have access to the gum and the swimming pool as well

I like that it has a swimming pool and a gym, plus a good breakfast- it was a nice stay
