B2 Chiang Rai Phahonyothin Boutique & Budget Hotel recensioner

OK for a budget hotel. The bathroom is quite dim. The shower water pressure is low and not warm enough. The rest are good.

Too budget this hotel, pictures look nice, but there were a lot of Ants everywhere in my hotel rooms.

The room is small than the pictures they show we booked for 3 nights and when arrived cannot cancellation or modify as we went with elderly with wheelchair. We contact Trip.com to help but the hotel just rejected! Even ask them to charge the first night and refund us another 2 nights. The hotel seems under constructions. We hv been stayed in other branch but not like this. So we checker out after we find new hotel to stay Not recommend to stay here the way to reach the place is like going through small streets to get in especially after the sun set. Stay at other places would be better

Hotel is too dim. Not enough light everywhere. Location is still OK. Service mediocre. Room soundproofing not good.

Toilet door lock not working well. For safety reasons suggest checking. Thank you

The hotel is quite old and seems not well cared for, maintained and repaired. The room was clean, the water was strong but the other common areas were not clean.

Good hotel with family trip , it is very clean and neat with budget.

the hotel is close to the central Chiangrai (shopping centre). Not a far walk from the hotel, 5 -10 min walk. clean hotel, staff is excellent assisted with the TV. No swimming pool. Lot of restaurants and coffee shops near by. Not close to night bazaar need to get taxi/tuktuk or motorbike. Clean place, fridge but TV small wish it was a larger size TV.

Good facilities. Good and clean. Friendly staff and big room.
