Maison De Chine Chiayi recensioner

The lobby manager and staff are very friendly and provided excellent service! I would like to pick up this hotel as my favourite stay in my Taiwan trip!

Booked the Classic Triple Room, room was very spacious and comfortable. Hotel also allowed us to store our luggage with them overnight, even after checkout, as we wanted to go up Alishan with lighter luggage. Breakfast buffet had a good variety of food. There was also a 火鸡肉饭店 nearby that was very yummy. Would stay here again if I were to visit Chiayi again.

Very good location to key places of interests. Hotel staff were polite and helpful. Hotel is located at busy street so do be prepared for noise from the heavy traffic aka room’s sound proofing not very ideal.

Great hotel with awesome staff. Walking distance to the night market and Chiayi train station.

Everything is good. The only lacking is that the hotel doesn’t informed in the description that for muslim friendly breakfast, you need to request 3 days prior before checking in. 

Room is clean. Staff is friendly. It is also near to the night market. But the price seems a bit high.

The rooms were a little dark but very clean. Good staff service. Breakfast was only average. Hotel location is very good as near night market. There are many restaurants and shops around the hotel. I will recommend friends to stay at this hotel.

Conveniently located near the Night Market and Village. It rained most days we were there and the hotel had complimentary big umbrellas for us to use on the day. Very friendly staff, clean and the rooms are very spacious compared to rest of our Taiwan trip! Would stay again

Really rather dated and tired. Staff was friendly and helpful. Dining options are ok but not spectacular. Musky smells in the room due to its age. Staff doing their best with what they have. it doesn’t help that the building behind is a derelict site. Pretty good location.

The hotel is located near the train station, which I personally didn’t like much. However, if you enjoy a lively atmosphere, this might be a good fit for you. Overall, it’s still okay!

Hotel service is good. Within walking distance to night market and train station. There is a water cooler at my 10th level.

Strange smell, some room has a fake window which seems strange too, and my room had a light out of order, hindering my sleep until midnight. I asked counter to switch room for me and finally everything is ok. Everyone booked a room can have free ice drink. But the venue for drinking is poor. We can only drink at the concourse. The breakfast and staff are satisfying.

Hotel staff was friendly but the building is a bit old. We hadn’t seen when booking that we booked a room without windows which turned out to be to the inside (actually had a window) but it was overall dark and stuffy. Fine for a night but wouldn’t want to stay longer. Great location though.

This hotel was great. It has a laundry room. It is located near chiayi station (not the HSR) and is near many attractions.
