Green Hotel - Chiayi foton

hotel is overall clean and able to request various type of pillows as well as garment steamer. however, staff is unfriendly and did not offer help during check out. one of the guests' park his car right outside the hotel lobby while he was still drinking coffee slowly inside the reception, testing out the hand creams etc. as a result, due to the limited space, it was impossible for our car to enter the lobby to load our luggages. after politely asking the staff to assist, he turned a blind eye and stayed idle. note that no one is supposed to park right outside the hotel except for pick-up and drop-off. distasteful experience!

The front desk staff were friendly and nice. However, when we arrived around 1pm, we had to wait until 3pm to check in, as early check-in wasn’t allowed, which was a bit disappointing. The washroom had an unpleasant smell, likely due to the drainage system, but they thoughtfully provided an air freshener. The triple room’s bathroom was a bit small, probably due to the design, and lacked space to hang clothes. The location is very convenient, about a 10–15 minute walk to Chiayi Train Station. One of the best parts of the stay was the luggage storage service — since we were heading to Alishan the next day, we could leave our large suitcases at the hotel overnight and pick them up when we returned. Also, the nearby restaurant serving Chiayi meat soup is great — definitely worth a try!

Around 500 m from the TRA Chiayi front exit, the staff are friendly and kind. The room is big enough for two people and their luggage. The lobby smells good; there is a small café in the lobby. The bathroom is a separate wet and dry area. A hairdryer is in the room, and the toilet is an automatic bidet. The bed is comfortable, and the pillows are soft for sleeping well. We were able to leave our luggage after checking out because of my Alishan itinerary.

Price is cheap and affordable! Good service, well recommend!

Great location, good that they have a parking lot but need to walk a distance, not convenient with luggages. Hotel is clean, but room is very small. Separate bath and toilet. Water cooler just outside the room. Recommend!

The staffs were very helpful, the location is really good, opposite has a 7-11 very convenient. The room is clean plus there is a reading corner with free snacks and tea all day.

房間很大，前台服務很好，不過沒有送水以及一次性用品要問前台才會給這兩點和內地不一樣 3樓是交際廳和洗衣房，有很多人在那裡聊天，不過玩一天特別累沒機會去社交 酒店離高鐵站、巴士站和夜市都特別特別近，很方便！ 灣灣人特別特別友善，男朋友在夜市差點丟手機，是夜市小吃店老闆幫忙收起來的，很感謝！

真的很污糟，冷氣一直不凍，晚上打開冷氣隔塵網，三吋厚灰塵，自己唯有拿下來清洗，地板一堆之前住客的頭髮，枱面一層灰，窗簾布不夠大，六點左右就比光弄醒…..慘，洗衣房永遠沒位置
