Strategic location . Walkable distance for all the famous restaurant. Overall good . Clean and friendly staff

Good location, good view, and having excellent laundry devices for washing and drying clothes, which is very helpful for tours from scenic areas, such as Alishan.

Clean spacious room. Excellent service. Friendly staff. Nice location close to a lot of nice food.

I really enjoy while staying here! It’s quite convenient go to everywhere! I even just walk to reach the place I want to go.

Clean and classy hostel with great common areas. The staff in the reception is professional and polite. They provide free luggage storage. The only uncomfortable thing is that the bunk beds don't have that much privacy as the curtains cover half the bead. They don't provide towels.

Great stay and the room is big. Only 1 thing not so good was that the TV had rather poor reception for overseas Channel. Other than that, I enjoyed my stay.

It was a nice hotel. They serve delicious breakfast. Also near the night market. 👌👌👌

Clean room and bathroom. Food do not expect much but is good enough to fill the tummy and move on to the next destination.

Good location, in the middle of chiayi city surrounded with lots of food choices. We are spoilt for it. Most of the restaurant are of walkable distance. Breakfast place around the hotel was good.

Would stay again and recommend to others when visiting the area! Really nice to provide a little birthday gift of lotion, facial wash and conditioner for my mum. Loved their orange scent used in hand-wash. Location was superb with many food options and convenience stores nearby plus walkable distance to WenHua Night Market. Aircon was strong, bedding was comfortable and loved the hot tub! Only negative was sometimes room cleaning wasn't done thoroughly as cups was unwashed and lift and lobby sometimes had an unpleasant smell. There was tea and snack available at lobby on the first day but never seen again on my four nights after.

Booked family room with my parent. Room was clean and amenities ok. Note that there is no heating in the room. We had to off air conditioning due to cold front during our March visit. Location is good but not as convenient as we thought. Had to walk abit on the road (uneven walkway outside shops) and cross a round-about without traffic lights to get to night market. In terms of pricing & proximity to night market, it’s ok. But if you want convenience without waiting for buses (bus timing is not accurate and much longer than main cities like Taipei & Kaohsiung). Better to stay near train stations for accessibility and accurate timing.

It was a 1 day stop before continuing back to Taipei. The location was a bit far from the train station with heavy luggage.. But it was close to a lot of nice restaurants and stalls.
