Orient Luxury Hotel recensioner

We arrived at the hotel and were warmly welcomed by the staff, who directed us to park in the underground garage. Check-in was quick and easy, and the room was clean and spacious enough. Bed was comfortable. The hotel is in a great location, close to Chiayi’s main sights, although there isn’t much to do immediately around the hotel itself.

I’ve stayed at many hotels, but I’ve never encountered such poor window soundproofing. You can clearly hear traffic noise and even birds chirping. The quality of sleep was terrible. I do not recommend this place.

The room is big and spacious. We book room with a King bed. Toilet is good. Location convenient. Just 6 minutes away from chiayi TSR. 16 minutes away from chiayi HSR. Not so good is near hospital at night have ambulance sound.

Love the ambience of the hotel. Looks very classy and expensive from the exterior. Love that there’s an indoor playground for kids next to it that is big enough for my kid to play but with charges. The bfast variety not as much but good enough. Quite spacious for room.

Comfortable place…

Things were ok until they turned off the electricity on purpose at 10:50. What a rude hotel. Whoever made the should be fired and the next one must go to a hotel management school in Swiss. Cheap mindset of luring customers away by cheap chinese people. Not recommended.

The hotel is in a great condition and the staff is very helpful. Location is convenient as its 15min from HSR station and there are many food options around the hotel. Room is quite specious and they even have a washing machine and dryer which is helpful if you need to wash a few things.

Orient Luxury Hotel in Chiayi offers extremely nice and comfortable rooms, perfect for a relaxing stay. However, the air-conditioner couldn’t be switched off and was a bit noisy, which might be inconvenient for light sleepers. The breakfast buffet was good but very busy, primarily catering to local guests, which can feel a bit overwhelming during peak times. Overall, a pleasant stay with a few minor drawbacks

Nice location right in the center of Chiayi. The room was so clean and neat, also with a clean bathroom. Breakfast was also great with plenty of options.

Visit again. Even check in at midnight, the service is available and presents a high quality. Take a bath to relax is what we need during the trip.

The stay is great. Staff are friendly and helpful. There is free bike rental for us to tour the town too. The food and drinks at the rooftop bar is good too!

hotel was fine, and everything was as expected. the only downside was the large group that was also staying at the hotel was abit loud.
