good view, good service and clean

Only 5 stars hotel in the mountain , new and nice decor , breakfast variety is good, hotel should consider to have shuttle bus to take guests to and from station

The hotel is marvelous and the food though a bit expensive is worth the price tag. Location is a bit inconvenient for public transport travellers

Hotel was nice, cosy and very comfortable. The room and the bed was huge and amenities were spot on. The only downside is the location of the hotel which is quite far from the Alishan Recreation Area. Guests can however book the shuttle bus service from the hotel website for transfers between hotel and Alishan/Fenqihu. A photo of the bus is attached for future guests’ reference.

服務人員親切有禮，房間整潔且富美感，適合家庭旅遊 飯店整體裝潢套用阿里山的自然概念，配合各種燈具照明頗有風味

衛生服務都很好，重點是還有看到日出整個心情都美好了，看好日出再去吃好吃的早餐，吃好喝好，在回房間睡覺，只能說下次有來阿里山一定會再來。

位置在阿里山上，酒店超級漂亮，房間也裝修得很有風情，色彩鮮艷。無論是看晚霞還是日出，都超級好看和出片。

設施新穎，櫃台親切接待，有疑即馬上解說及處理，使人印象良好極深刻！ 在大廳入口處還備有桃子口味的氣泡水供住客飲用，這點實在很棒！ 房間內的衛生也是打掃的相當乾淨衛生，住起來相當舒服

這個價格配這個view, 如果左邊沒有鐵皮屋的話是蠻棒的，早餐選項很少，建議晚餐要直接買，去現場訂的話不一定有，隔音設備不錯，床也很好睡。

整潔、舒適、安靜是名副其實的標準五星酒店，尤其頂樓温水泳池，另外還有一個熱水池特別漂亮，夜晚是那麼的安靜，我們慢悠悠的逛，真的很棒，地點在往阿里山的中途位置，緩解長途旅行的壓力，清晨看日出、雲霧飄渺，隔日轉車也極度方便，真的很棒。

房間面積不算大 但是有個漂亮的陽台 很舒服 酒店整體比較小 但是位置很好 搭乘台灣好行在門口上下車 酒店服務很好 房間乾淨衞生

床墊被褥非常的舒適，觸感非常得好，睡得很舒適。住的是雙人房有一個小陽台可以坐著喝茶看風景好悠閑。
