Better than expected tbh. Pricey for what it is, but so are all the other accommodations in the alishan area so this is actually on the relatively cheaper end. They also do wakeup calls for those waking up early in the morning to watch the sunrise which is a nice touch. Only complaint is the bathroom. Bathtub leaked and the sewers kept making gurgling noises throughout the night? Otherwise everything else is decent.

Quite a good hotel, located on the territory of the park. There are cafes, shops and local railway station nearby. The room was clean and spacious.

Quiet ,clean, and cozy. Though staff can't understand English. Great view with cherry blossom outside. There is no elavator here. If have a luggage, you must carry it on the 3rd floor.

Walking distance from train station short cut roundly 5min
By the way almost of Alishan Hotel at there one street.
Hotel included simple buffet breakfast.

Dust and hair everywhere, water(don’t know clean or what) stay on bathroom floor, bathtub and toilet seat, basically no service at all. A really poor experience in terms of the money I paid which is not cheap indeed.

I try to be fair with reviews, but ultimately this hotel is gross and has very few redeeming features. There was an overwhelming smell of sewage from the bathroom, the bedroom window wouldn't shut and there was no heating. No one should be paying to sleep in a room like this. In fairness, the bed was comfortable and the duvet was good. Everything else was poor.

nice n neat place. good location, though a bit challenging for old folk to walk up the slope on the back door n short cut. by the road is a distance. counter staff r knowledgeable n informative.

Good sized and clean room located near the main tourist area.
Seems like this hotel has come under the administration of the next door hotel so had to go next door for the reception.
Not too enthused by the high bathtub that might pose a slipping hazard for less agile visitors who are trying to get in to use the shower.
