物色了幾家，最終選了這裏，設施、服務都很滿意。

This review is a bit overdue as I stayed at the St. Regis Chicago just after Christmas in 2024. I had one Marriott nightly upgrade award night left for 2024 and didn’t want it to go to waste so I took a chance of getting a guaranteed upgrade at the St. Regis in Chicago for a staycation. Sure enough the upgrade was confirmed into a suite for my one-night stay. Everything about the St. Regis Chicago was perfect from arrival to departure. While this is a St. Regis, they have managed to keep an upscale Midwest feel without being over the top and stuffy. Check-in was easy and my suite was absolutely gorgeous with a huge bathroom with soaking tub and huge walk-in shower. The suite was gorgeous with tons of space. A breathtaking welcome gift was delivered to my suite which was a welcome surprise. Restaurants are outstanding. The sushi restaurant for lunch was pricy (to be expected) with superb service. The Italian restaurant was top notch — crowded — I reserved a table in the bar but my dinner service was as good as if I’d been in the main dining room. I highly recommend this properly!

I was looking forward to staying at this hotel, as the reviews are good and I heard good things. Chicago has great luxury hotels and I have tried them all as I work here frequently. This is not a hotel I would return to. The hallways are like a new office building. The rooms have zero soul, again feel like an office with a bed. The lobby is always filled with people taking Instagram glam shots. On one Sunday there were five people doing IG shots!! One of them asked the front desk person to move so they could use the front desk as a background, and the woman moved !! I’m sure the hotel management loves the publicity, but is this really what you want ? Is this really your customer? I ate in the Japanese restaurant, the food was good, service was so slow we almost left. There were three people next to us at the bar completely trashed. The bartender kept serving them shots……. The one woman could not walk or talk. This hotel isn’t cheap. I had no housekeeping the first day of my stay. After the second day I moved to the peninsula. Not for me thanks! I guess if you are looking for a club experience it might be great!

I have stayed at all the 5 star hotels in Chicago and this one takes the crown. The entire hotel is beautiful. The room was gorgeous. The front desk staff was extremely friendly and gave me a surprise upgrade. They offered to take me to dinner in the house car. Will absolutely be coming back here. My only complaint is they need to fix the revolving door ASAP. Or atleast have someone opening the door for the guests. I saw many older guests struggling to get in and out w the wind. I felt bad.

Our family had a wonderful stay at the St Regis in Chicago! We had heard wonderful reviews from friends who had stayed her, but they still exceeded expectations. We do a holiday staycation every year in the city, and they went out of their way to make sure our family had a memorable time and felt welcome, even offering holiday-themed treats. Our children definitely indulged in their candy cart in the lobby, one of their favorite parts of the hotel. The hotel's festive decoration and ambiance was a perfect holiday atmosphere. Our suite was spacious and comfortable and the view of the Navy Pier fireworks was spectacular from our room! However, if you do not have a room with a great view, the front desk did also inform us that watching from just outside the front lobby provides an excellent viewpoint. Our family ate at Tre Dita on Friday night, and everyone loved their food, even our picky 11 year old. Breakfast at Miru was equally delicious. The one downside was that room service was already too busy to take additional orders by 9am on Sunday, but the hotel was apologetic and offered other solutions. Unfortunately, we did not have time to check out the pool or spa, but hopefully will another time. Overall, the hotel did an amazing job of balancing luxury with genuine warmth and friendliness. They were always offering to help, and we had a wonderful time. It was our first stay here but certainly will not be our last. Our kids are already asking to go back next year!
