It’s closed to airport, so it’s convenient. And the counter services is good.

Convenience location with walking distance from the terminal. Friendly staff and efficient check-in/check-out processes. The room is a bit outdated but other than that it was clean.

I like the location of the hotel. Very easy to access especially when we arrive quite late. The room condition looks okay. Breakfast is also quite nice. The price is a little bit expensive.

The room is spacious and clean made me sleep well with the sound proof walls

Location of this hotel is amazing 🤩 and I booked double room with the view to airport — excellent for plain watching. Bed was good. Breakfast was edible — nothing special. But definitely book for the location.

Location is excellent if you’re transferring in Chicago, staff are nice, water pressure is a bit low in the shower, the hotel is a bit old, but it’s good so far for a night to wait for the transfer flight

Basic facilities. The room is old. There's no USB port. The power socket space is too tight which can't fit the adaptor. Let me action is great though.

第一次到美國，考慮要倒時差並熟悉一下環境，所以選擇了這個酒店，位置非常好，從第五客運大樓坐小火車到第二客運大樓，一眼就看到了，入住時給了兩瓶水，進房間後發現一個枱燈燈泡壞了，聯繫前台後很快有人來給換上了，設施比較陳舊，也沒怎麼睡好，晚餐就在酒店一樓餐館吃的，一般吧，周邊也無處可去。早餐在機場吃的麥當勞，有點熱的吃還行吧。 令人心煩的是，退房時説了72小時退按金，結果現在我都回國了，7個工作日也過了，按金也還沒退，也通過攜程協調了，從回覆來看，這個店家是非常的傲慢了。所以回程時換了芝加哥市中心的酒店。等按金退了我來補評吧，看看能破一個什麼記錄。雖然就75美金，但信用卡一天吃用就刷好幾條記錄，一個星期下來看着長長的賬單眼睛都疼，租車的和香檳住的酒店按金都很快就退了，吃飯加油一般兩天入賬，這種一直掛着沒入賬的令人煩心，現在看來希爾頓系列都這樣，長點心吧，沒效率又傲慢的做派，遲早被市場淘汰。

設施：設施很一般，感覺非常的陳舊，很舊的那種 衞生：很一般，湊合吧，不是很臟 環境：環境一般吧比較吵鬧不安靜， 服務：非常的差，前台態度很差，愛理不理的，非常差
