One of the best locations in the Loop. Classical hotel with great amenities, although rooms feel dated.

It’s a historic hotel and it is so pretty inside. However if u don’t like old hotels then it won’t be an ideal place to stay. Might be a little creepy but still worth to visit.

Quite rustic and lots of heritage. The main hall is quite grand too. Rooms were clean but don't expect 5*

This is a historical hotel in Chicago, love it very much. I love their restaurant & bar, good atmosphere and serve with good foods (see my pictures). I will definitely choose this hotel again by the next time to Chicago

Front desk staff are unfriendly and not helpful. only housekeeping staff at the lobby is friendly. Hotel room is quite old.

Terrible experience! Worst hotel ever. U can hear people complain everywhere in the hotel, and this is how bad it is. We waited for checkin for 20min at 10:30pm, and no one’s working at the counter, not until I called the hotel twice then they showed up with terrible attitude. I booked a king bed room, and they made a down grade to a single twin bed for me and my boyfriend, with no compensation.

It was a little old but at a convinient location i was able to score a good deal so overall good

Beautiful and clean hotel with helpful staff. Bar in the lobby was perfect for a night cap.
