InterContinental Chicago Magnificent Mile, an IHG Hotel recensioner

Good Location , very Convenience , Having a lot of shops and nearby Chicago River

We had a great stay at Intercontinental Chicago. we booked this hotel after a lot of considerations. Location is the best. Great breakfast buffet, my daughter loved the fresh strawberries and egg Benedict. This is going to be our go to hotel when in Chicago!

Staff is wonderful. Hotel has been updated but still shows a little wear. Pool is lovely. In our room we Noticed a brown stain on rug near table. Also noted on our last morning there that the sheet in one area had a yellow hue. Odd. We were busy so we didn’t notify staff until after we left. That said, I did notify and they were responsive. Location on Michigan is awesome. Easy to walk to restaurants, train, etc. Location was fab.

Very dated hotel and in need of upgrade. It doesn't feel like staying in an intercontinental brand hotel though unfortunately. Only good was that it has a Michael Jackson steak restaurant at the lobby. Location was good because its along Mag Mile.

沒有服務可言 前台差的要死 一個WiFi密碼搞了三次 然後語速巨快 房間裏空調聲音很大 很吵 廁所還有臭味 服不服？？？性價比實在太低了 真是服了 停車費80美金一晚哈 。。。 除了在中心區主路上 其他一無是處毫無優點 早餐也差，種類那叫一個少

市中心步行哪裡都方便，房間温馨，服務也好

酒店服務很好，位置也很好，出門步行購物、乘地鐵去任何地方都很方便。裏面的Michael Jordan牛扒店也是值得一來的地方

酒店有點老了，軟件有點跟不上了；但地理位置極佳，出入方便

위치도 중심지에 있어서 번화가 어디든 이동이 용이함 인터콘티낸탈답게 숙소도 넓고 고층 뷰도 엄청 좋음. 바로 옆에 공원도 있어서 만족.

酒店很好，房間大，設施齊全，周邊環境好，很安全。

位置是非常繁華的所在，去Navy Pier和千禧公園都可以走路去。缺點是周圍太車水馬龍，停車困難，停車費貴。酒店服務還可以，但是酒店房間小，沒有微波爐。而且房間裏面電源插口很少，不太方便。
