Good swimming pool. No breakfast available at the time (exceptionally cirmustances) not advertised via the 3rd party booking vendor. Great swimming pool. Kind staff.

We booked a room that unfortunately was for the wrong dates through a third party. We were told by the third party that they would refund us but that the hotel had to release our reservation. We called them immediately after realizing the dates were wrong which was within an hour. The reservation was for two days from then. The hotel said they would not cancel it. They charged us almost $600 for a room we did not stay in and called in advance to explain our situation. They also did not allow for us to change the days to the days we were actually looking for. While the hotel is lovely and the staff was pleasant even delivering the bad news I won’t be looking to book with them again.

This is a very nice hotel with a good view in Chicago. The room and bathroom are very clean.

When I got to the hotel the only luggage assistance was from the taxi driver. After you check in at ground floor you go up to 15 to change elevators but as there was no help with bags they need better signs. The room was fine and clean until it began to rain and the leak by the window made for a few interesting moments. Breakfast bar was okay but a little limited for the price. At check out I had to ask twice (two different people for the taxi). I should have picked the Holiday Inn.

Good place

好像是個新酒店比較寬敞明亮，但是房間氣味很難聞，窗户無法打開通風。讓服務員看看幫助處理一下通風，但是一直沒來處理。

地理位置不錯但是房間空調噪音太大了。而且每天早上，清潔大媽在房間門口聊天的聲音震耳欲聾，覺輕者慎住。

酒店位置非常好，步行到河邊也十分方便，酒店外景色非常好，可以俯瞰芝加哥河兩岸景色！酒店設施齊全，早餐豐富！

酒店外在裝修，需通過電梯到達15樓再轉電梯，早餐可以需小費，房間標準，門口的飲水機有特色，可做氣泡水，停車在對面56/天
