The Beach House

Fabulous place, with truly wonderful staff. Pam, the owner, was so delightful and kind (my daughter broke her foot whilst we were staying there!) as were the other staff and nothing was too much trouble. And a delicious breakfast menu - we loved our stay!!

We had a lovely stay at the Beach House. Not too far to walk to the beautiful sandy beach at West Wittering and nice meal at The Wittering Pub. The room was very comfortable, clean and quiet and Pam and Angela were so friendly at breakfast. Breakfast was brilliant! Lovely cooked breakfast and lots of other fruit, cereal, yoghurt, fruit juices and good coffee. Exactly what we needed for a break away from our toddlers for a night! Would recommend.

I don’t know where to start with this review! We got in touch with Pam and the team over 18 months ago to book the whole b&b for a very special birthday celebration. Over the 18 months they helped with planning and recommending places to go locally and dinner options. They worked with us to sort out room allocations and changes to the communal space to allow for our celebrations. They really went above and beyond in the run up. On arrival the whole place is beautiful! There are so many little treats all over the place. Dog treats, games, human treats, dvds, water fridges fully stocked at all times, kids toys, hot drinks and fresh milk in rooms. I could go on and on. The team are wonderful and the place was immaculate. The most comfy beds ever and great showers after a sandy day at the beach! They had wind breakers and crabbing nets and a body board that we used on the beach. The breakfast was out of this world. We knew there was a menu to choose from but we did not expect a huge selection of pastries, yogurts, cakes, cereal, fruit (fresh and dried) honestly I can’t even list it all. It was really close to the beach - our 10 year old walked it no issue. It was just absolutely perfect in every single way and we will 100% be returning! Thank you so so much to the team for making my parents special birthday surprise even more memorable than anticipated! Xxx

I accidentally came across The Beach House while looking for a last minute break with my 2 daughters. There are no words for this gorgeous place ….. we loved it!! Room was beautiful, minutes from the Beach, owners super friendly ….. we will be back! (Again and again)

We spent two nights at this excellent bed and breakfast. The rooms are clean, well decorated and spacious. Nice little touches. Breakfast exceeded our expectations - home made raspberry jam delicious. Everyone very friendly. Good location - though located on a busy road so bit of road noise at night.

My daughter and son surprised my husband and I for our special birthdays to a weekend in this B & B. It was without a doubt the best B & B we have stayed in. They have really thought about their guest, guest with families and those with dogs. The breakfast was outstanding, with everything on offer that you could possibly think off. Our family had organised for our friends to stay, so we had the whole B & B, nothing was too much. We without any doubt will be returning- Big thanks to Pam and Co. X
