We had amazing time in Serai. The food was excellent. Plantation tour was very informative. Kids play area is a good concept as we could leave our kids with Ms Suma who was very cooperative and friendly with kids. She even extended her working hours to be with our kids. Overall value for money

The resort owned by the Coffee Day Co. was wonderful. The service, staff were excellent. Special mention to Ms. Suma who took care of our son while we were out exploring. Keeping the kids engaged during holidays requires great patience and effort. The breakfast buffet was also excellent.

Resort was good, service is very poor and maintenance is not that great. Food is not that great and don’t have much options. No activities planned like coffee plantation walk, mulyanagiri trek which they mentioned. Also special food which mentioned in menu are not served. Overall bad experience

Excellent place to stay with family for couple of days. You can experience the true nature with lots of coffee plantation. Food is excellent, staff is very supportive and friendly.

It’s a beautiful property! the villas are huge and the private pool adds to its charm. The food was great too. We enjoyed our stay here. Highly recommended.

Location of resort is not good. Pool water is contaminated and seem like its not cleaned on regular basis. Patio is not at all maintained. Food is good.
