Be very careful to watch your credit card staying at this or any Hilton hotel. My confirmation email stated our room would be $194. I received an email alert from my credit card that I was charged $240. The next morning, I questioned the girl at the counter. She was unapologetic, and borderline rude, stating "you'll have to call back and speak to the manager". That wasn't possible as my husband and I were due to attend s conference. Fast forward to Monday. I'm working, check my email, I see I've been charged again from Hilton, the original amount I should've been charged. Send message to Hilton customer service. No one ever responded. Today, I finally call to get it resolved, after 30 minutes and two csr's, they tell me the charge has been removed, but it "may take 5-7 days to show on my statement". Again, no apology for the issues or inconvenience they caused me. This was my second poor experience from this hotel chain. The first being bedbugs! Many people don't get alerts from their credit card, or just pay the bill each month. It makes me wonder how often this practice has occurred.
