Grand Caporal Hotel

DO NOT STAY HERE... I stayed here because the other Hotel I always stay was booked for the 1st time in 7 years ( I travel almost every 4-6 months to Guatemala) I was there for 6 nights, I asked them to clean my room 3 days after the first night and they DID NOT CHANGE THE SHEETS, I MARKED, ALL SHEETS AND PILLOW COVERS BEFORE I LEFT THE ROOM, NOTHING WAS CHANGED, the floor was dirty, bathroom was dirty... the room was NOT CLEANNED, they only did the beds again with all the same sheets... see pics.. the bathroom shower was covered in thick black mold ( I also have pics) I reported all this to the front desk and NOTHING WAS DONE to accomodate me, I had to wait almost 2 hours after I got there exhausted (outside & in the heat) because I requested for my sheets to be changed while I was there, in front of me.. I asked them to change my sheets again, a second time after day 5, 2 days before I left and they were NOT changed again.... I asked front desk if this was reported, she said she did but received no answered from administration... After all this inconvenience, I sent to washed 7 pieces of clothhing because I did not want to take all my clothes dirty and they charged me q70. NEVER AGAIN, Will I stay in theis filthy place. I stayed in room# 18 VERY NOISY, Staff gathers there by the stairs to talk and be on their phones ( washing/supply room is there) and they are VERY LOUD, specially in the very early mornings. VERY DISSAPOINTED

Buen servicio de recepción y restaurante, buena calidad de habitaciones. Como sugerencia sería habilitar la barra de la piscina y tener gente asignada que atienda esta área, ya que como se hace en la manera actual es tardado el servicio y da pena ver a los meseros tener que ir hasta el restaurante a cada rato.

Muy bonitas instalaciones y se ve que los dueños le han puesto el corazón al lugar pero el manejo del hotel es pésimo. Aire acondicionado en el cuarto no funciona, WiFi costaba conectar y cobran extra por todo. La comida del restaurante me gustó y buena atención, el desayuno fue lo mejor de todo.
