The staff was fine. It was quiet. It was peaceful beds were OK. The linen was clean only because they weren’t done when we got there so we know it was floor was vacuumed. Nothing else was wiped off the window still had dirt in it. The screens were torn. Some of the wallpaper in the bathroom was peeling. They were still here in the shower when we got there.

Was disappointed because they listed property with pool and hot tub? It’s been closed 5 year or more.?
Hair dryer didn’t work.
Breakfast was was horrible
If I would have know this I would have booked closer to the cabin where I took a family for 5 days

We stayed 4 nights while visiting family. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely choose a room here again.

It was old and bedraggled. Very poor impression when you walk to the shabby doors and broken concrete.

The staff was very nice. My sister and mother also stayed and when my sister thought about if hotel had elevator (they did not) they switched they rooms so my 88 year old mother didn't have to climb stairs.
The shower/ tub had a little issue - the shower head was low for me and as showering the water was slow to drain and I was standing in water.

My room hadnt been cleaned at all! Toilet was dirty. Tub, bathroom sink were all dirty. Table had crumbs all over it. This room didnt look like it was even cleaned. I was given a second room and it was almost as bad as first one. Alot of money to pay for 2 dirty rooms!

Travel back from Canada and it was a great stopping location! Had what we needed and easily entertained our young boys. Local food was great and two boys under 5 loved the Minnesota Museum of Mining!

The rooms are old, dusty, carpet dirty, bathroom fixtures leak, refridgerator dirty. Beds were comfortable and food was good.

We’ve stayed at this hotel before when we’ve had softball tournaments in the area. No problems. This stay will be our last one. The AC sounded like a plastic grocery bag was rattling in it all night. Room wasn’t even notably cool. The room was so dated and stains and wall damage showed it. The gal at checkout was rushed and rude to other guests calling to book. Such a disappointing stay.
