Забронировали отель за пару дней и оплатили по приложению.В результате когда приехали,то нам предложили 1 двухместную кровать ,хотя в ваучере указано 2.С такой же проблемой в тот день столкнулись и другие посетители.То есть на решение проблемы ,которую создало руководство отеля ,администратор и его помощник вынуждены были потратить 1,5 часа!Плюс отеля в недорогих аккуратных номерах и вежливом персонале.Минус и большой-это лестница,то есть если у вас чемодан,а не рюкзак,то готовьтесь таскать его сами без лифта.Спасибо огромное мальчику Сабину ,что таскал нам этот чемодан в первый день в три разных номера и на все этажи пока администратор наконец не опередила нас с номером (видимо директор не давал добро)с 2 отдельными кроватями как было зарезервировано и оплачено.В номерах есть ковры,но нужны ли они? А вот телевизор не работал.Включился,но каналы не показывал,спасибо есть бесплатный интернет…,то кому-как..И не забудьте таксистов предупредить,что перед входом в гостиницу высокий бордюр ,а то поцарапает дверь.Очень понравились завтраки и сама подача еды.Сытно и вкусно.В целом двоякое впечатление

My leg was twisted, it was so swollen. I was looking for an apartment with a bath (not a shower). I made a subscription and walked about 2km to this horrible hotel. I was shocked by what I saw in the room (see attached photos). They are frauds. When I booked the room, the photos of the chosen option were completely different (the last 2 photos). I couldn't stay there, but how? If my foot is swollen, and I have to put on my sneakers when I get out of the shower, because they don't give me a mat or slippers! There, it is scary to stand on this rotten tile with fungus and the carpet in the room, which is covered with dried swamp, garbage, crumbs and stains. The money was not returned to me! I tried talking to the managers - and everyone spits on you here. They are a disgrace to Moldova and Chisinau of the highest brand. I'm disappointed with Chisinau in general, because many people take a subscription and post unrealistic photos. The hotel market of Moldova is a shame. I will never return to this country again. Stay away from them! Do not even spend your time and energy on them. It is hard to find good apartments in Chisinau, especially clean because most of them use to live like that, but a God with you, I hope your travel will be okay, nevertheless.

I stayed one night in this hotel. Had to carry my bag all the way to the floor 3 since hotel has no left and no one to help. Big room, good WiFi. Water heater is there to make coffee but the funny thing is that there is no water, no tea no coffee. Seems you have to buy everything yourself. I asked the receptionist, her answer was this is cheap hotel and if you need better service go to other expensive hotel. TV is only on the wall but never work. Again receptionist will bring something to fix the TV after I leave. Breakfast is too late, had a little so as to catch my car to the airport. Overall, bad experience. Only good is the location and WiFi.

Mia moglie ha soggiornato in solitaria presso questo hotel tra la fine di luglio e l'inizio di agosto scorso, per una "sosta imprevista" dovuta ad una coincidenza persa fra due diversi operatori di viaggio. L'hotel in questione ha dei prezzi concorrenziali, soprattutto considerata la sua posizioni in centro città, ma le camere non sono tutte tenute bene. Decisamente meglio le suite più costose, che consiglio agli ospiti occasionali, anche per via dei bagni decisamente più puliti e con disposizione interna ed arredamento più moderni. Le TV nelle camere funzionano male, ma probabilmente solo perché sono per forza di cose sintonizzate sulle emittenti russe. Tenuto conto di questo, il wi-fi comunque funziona a meraviglia, e si può facilmente ovviare alla mancanza della TV con una scorpacciata di contenuti multimediali internet. Infine, il personale è molto cordiale e attento alle necessità degli utenti. ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------- My wife stayed alone at this hotel between the end of July and the beginning of last August, for an "unplanned stopover" due to a missed connection between two different travel operators. The hotel in question has competitive prices, especially considering its location in the city centre, but the rooms are not all well kept. The more expensive suites are definitely better, which I recommend for occasional guests, also because of the decidedly cleaner bathrooms and more modern internal layout and furnishings. The TVs in the rooms do not work well, but probably only because they're necessarily tuned to Russian TV-stations. Taking this into account, the wi-fi still works wonderfully, and you can easily remedy the lack of TV with a feast of internet multimedia content. Finally, the staff is very friendly and attentive to users' needs.

СТЫД! СТЫД! СТЫД! С началом военных действий в Украине, мы эвакуировали престарелых родителей из Одессы. Забронировали отель Bella Donna с 26 февраля на три дня. Предоплата в полном обьеме была заблокирована на счету. В РЕЗУЛЬТАТЕ ВОЕННЫХ ДЕЙСТВИЙ НА ТЕРРИТОРИИ УКРАИНЫ РАЗРУШЕНА ЧАСТЬ ЖЕЛЕЗНОЙ ДОРОГИ между Одессой и Кишиневом - ПОЕЗД ОТМЕНИЛИ и родители не смогли выехать. Через 6 часов после бронирования мы обратились с просьбой не списывать предоплату в полном обьеме за отмену бронирования. Нам никто не ответил ( и на последующие обращения не ответили)ю Со счета списали полную сумму проживания за три дня 280 евро. ПОЗОР ПОЗОР ПОЗОР
