The hotel is location about 20 mins away from the airport by driving. It is a shame that they don't provide shuttle service for pick-up or drop off to the airport, nevertheless it is a common sense to expect such service since the hotel has an airline name in it. It takes about 2200 yen to the airport by taxi one trip.

Very good services. Help us to clear the snow on our car at car park before we check out. Family mart just at the hotel lobby was very convenient. Will be our first choice if have late flight or early flight

the location is 8min walk from JR Chitose Station, guests with heavy luggage may consider calling a taxi. The place is quite antique and come with fews plug outlet. However, the room is spacious and the staff was so nice helping arranging a taxi arrangement to the airport the next day. The morning sunrise view from my room was so beautiful.

The hotel is exceptionally clean and well-maintained, which made my stay very comfortable. The staff were friendly and always ready to assist with any requests. The rooms are spacious, modern, and equipped with all the necessary amenities.

The location is good. Aeon mall is within 5 mins walk. But the hotel is a bit old . Renovation will be required.

Nice and clean room. There are so many restaurants around the hotel. Aeon is just opposite to the hotel. Car parks are plenty.

It was just a short stay as we arrived late and left early morning the next day.Hotel room was a bit dim and small, although paying higher prices. The location is good as near to big shopping mall and train station.

Super spacious clean room with well maintained bathtub. Has an Aeon Mall nearby, about 5-7mins walk. Some eateries too including KFC. Sadly, hotel stopped airport transfers. About 10-15 mins walk from subway station. When we arrived, had to drag our luggage through the thick snow roads was an absolutely horrendous experience. Thank god we found luggage forwarding services & the rest of journey was so much at ease without our luggage.

About 12 minutes walk from JR Chitose station. Many aircrew stay here so front desk staff generally speaks passable English. Short hop to the airport by bus, train or taxi. There is a big Aeon mall just next to the hotel. A Family Mart convenience store is located in the hotel lobby but it is not 24 hours.

The hotel, which is a few minutes' walk from JR station, is convenient for those who need to get to the airport early or who arrive late and want to find a decent place to sleep. AEON department store/supermarket and convenience stores are nearby. The room is clean enough but dated. There are only one or two sockets in the room and none by the bed, which does not meet the needs of tech-savvy travellers. Breakfast is average. There seems to be a standard selection, but the quality of the various items varies and some are disappointing. The best items were the pastries, freshly baked in front of the guests.

The hotel is quite old location is next to Aeon but need to walk around 550m to JR. the hotel service is very good but i pay around 4,600 thb for one night i suppose more high quality and more comfy beasue the hotel is quite old. The bed and pillow is not comfy.
