Portom International Hokkaido recensioner

Everything is excellent, a good place to lay over if you need to stay near to the Chitose. The hotel facilities are excellent. Even can help us to provide the airport trolley in front of our room to push to the airport check in counter.

Hotel is very nice,everything is superb. Thank you Very nice onsen with every amenities you need. A spacious lobby with welcome drink. The service is 5 stars rate of course the price too. The hotel location is near to international flight checking counter, very convenient if you taking early flight.

Awesome hotel with superb service. Family friendly. Provide amenities for kids too! Onsen was clean and nice.

End of international terminal, a bit out of way of travelling domestic

The room is spacious and so clean. The staffs here are so friendly and polite. The location is superb. Just few minutes walk to international terminal. So convenient for early morning flight.

Cannot rave on about how excellent portom hotel is for an airport hotel.modern facilitie,super clean and everything you need..gym,onsen,nespresso machine,mirror screening on the tv etc.Andrei Antonili,the concierge staff that met us deserves a gold medal..superb hospitality!! Only comment to the hotel is to please have a clearer indication of their entrance to their car park to park our rental car. If only all airport hotels could be like this..FANTASTIC!!

The front-desk ladies at reception have such dedication to using good English and made our check-in experience even more memorable with juice. She's so professional to show ********* guests regulation in traditional Chinese. Smart gesture! Thank you for making our stay enjoyable. The onsen facility (with SAUNA!) is awesome. It not only cares about guests' privacy and provides great beauty amenities such as facial cream. The room is clean, spacious and nice. At the corridor, you can open your large suitcase effortlessly near the closet. Not on the floor!! So great! Highly recommended place to stay overnight at CTS airport. Some may say it's a bit far from the domestic terminal and that's what I love the most!! The tranquility!!

Located near the arrival of the International airport. When the lift opened, hotel staff greeted us and helped us to reception to check in. We were served with a nice melon drink. He brought our luggage to our room and explained all the functions of the electronic system. Once we entered a large room, the blinds automatically drew up. There's a shower and bathtub separately. The beds are super comfortable. The hotel Onsen is modern, clean, huge, and luxurious. I look forward to staying here again.

Very nice and new hotel. It is super convenient for early departure or late arrival. Hotel is directly link to international terminal which is link to domestic terminal. The room itself is big, clean and comfortable.

Modern and sleek hotel right at the international terminal. Very tasteful decor and attentive service, onsen was very nice too. Lots to do at shin chitose airport, Great choice to stay if you have an early flight to catch.

For those who doubting to stay at the airport because an early flight or late arrival is really perfect ! The room are huge, totally new with gym and onsen plus the cigar bar at top floor for amazing views of airport . Highly recommended
