Room was abit cramped (don't really have space to open our luggages fully while still being able to walk freely). But hotel makes it up with their amenities, decent breakfast, and the women's onsen even had a shampoo bar where you can select your own shampoos (named shampoo and conditioner brands) for showering before the onsen.

Just few walk from Chitose station.Clean tiny room standard japanese style .Have onsen for woman on 14floor.Bf varios of food. Have free shuttle service need reservation.peaceful place out of town.Aeon near by walk.

Near train Station, have free shuttle bus to CTS Airport. Have a separate floor for women guests.

Room was a little old, the toilet sink tap have to manually turn on the cold water tap and hot water tap.

The hotel is opposite by 5 minutes walking from JR Chitosei and near AEON shopping mall. You can drink free coffee and Onsen .Good choice for stay overnight if you fly to Sapporo at late or fly out in the early morning.

That hotel is close to Chitose station with walkable distance. The room is perfect for one guest with everything you need. What I really love is that they have a large public bath. The shadow bus to the airport is also available for free. Very convenient.

Amazing onsen and free airport shuttle. A perfect place to stay if you have an early morning flight out from New Chitose airport.

Nice and clean bed , breakfast is ok with many varieties , Parking is easy , staffs are nice, the hotel gets quite busy that so many ppl in onsen but overall is pleasant stay .

Nice location. Just 5min walk from Chitose station. The best thing is that the hotel provide free shuttle bus to the airport in the morning, saving us lots of time. There’s an onsen in the hotel. The room is clean and comfortable though not that new. Very nice stay.

Hotel is well located and near airport. Room is not very big. And bed is not so nice to sleep but with the spa available and free shuttle bus to airport cum breakfast.. value for money

The hotel room is small but it suits our purpose with all the things needed. The breakfast is good with lots of variety. It also offers take-away coffee. The lady onsen is very good and clean.
