Checking in requires patience as there will be no actual staff to help you. You need to communicate over a tablet and combine with your mobile phone to fill in the info needed. But once you get through the complicated process, the room is well worth the price. It is located well near the Chitose airport and car rental companies. You get three beds and a kitchen to do small cooking if needed.

Location was quite far from any shop or mall, need to drive at least 15min. Unit was spacious and comfortable though. Since it was more an apartment than hotel, there was no breakfast, so the check-out time of 10am was quite a mad rush to fix breakfast, eat and wash everything, and pack everything.

Great location, close to the train station and Airport.
The beds and pillows were a little hard for our Western lifestyle. Well organized space for the family. Great accommodation we would go again when visiting Japan 🙂

We chose this hotel for its proximity to the car rental companies and airport however, bear in mind it's about one hour to Sapporo city and another hour to Otaru.

The location is very inconvenient, uber totally no taxi, and surrounded also no taxi. Even hotel is provide 5 taxi company but all of them totally didn’t know how to speak english and always say nonono. I wont check in again this hotel unless the hotel will provide taxi or help book the taxi

Close to the airport and have free parking. There is no front desk and a bit troublesome for check-in if book from trip.com

Review: Cozy and Convenient Stay Near the Airport
I recently stayed at this Japanese aparthotel near the airport, and it exceeded my expectations in many ways. The three-bedroom layout was perfect for our group, providing ample space and privacy. Each room was clean, minimalist, and well-equipped with comfortable bedding.
The living area was cozy, featuring a small but functional kitchenette with everything we needed for light cooking. The modern Japanese-style decor added a touch of elegance, and the overall ambiance was peaceful.
One of the biggest advantages was the location. Being near the airport made our travel experience incredibly smooth, yet the area was quiet, ensuring a good night's sleep.

The location of the hotel is very inconvenient. There are no convenience stores or restaurants and supermarkets nearby. You can't take a taxi, and no one takes orders when you call a taxi. I won't stay again next time.

A big room more suitable for families rather than a couple. Self check in process was smooth and there is a 24 hour customer service reachable.

Location was near the airport but nothing much around. Check-in and check-out was self-done 285$ some remote help from a call centre. Quite easy and fuss fee.

I found my stay at this hotel quite inconvenient. The location is far from the train station, and check-in is done via video conferencing, as there is no staff at the counter. There are no cafes or vending machines un the hotel, and the hotel is situated in a remote area with no restaurants, cafes, or convenience stores within 1 km. Although the room was spacious and clean, I will not be returning to this hotel.

Checking in was cumbersome as it required video conferencing, lacking the human touch. The room was well-equipped but too tight for four people, with no separation between the kitchen and hall. However, it was clean, and the large screen smart TV was a bonus. The hotel is a long walk from the train station with no nearby shops or restaurants. Security is a concern as there were no staff or passersby around. However, for those seeking an escape from city life, it could be a suitable choice.

The apartment was really close to New Chitose Airport and took us around 5 minutes to go to the domestic departure area. This is our second time using this apartment and would stay again especially during winter a day before we depart back to our destination.

Located near airport. Room is abit cramped because there are large furnitures in the room.
You need to call using skype in the lobby to check in because Trip doesn’t give you the check in code.
