Projector is not working,other than that perfect.

One of the best ryokans I have visited in Hokkaido There are 2x 7 feet bed (very comfy), big projector in the living room, and the in room onsen was spacious and clean! Clean and modern rooms with a smart tv The room was overlooking the snow and unfortunately lake view was blocked by the snow. Both dinner and breakfast were of top notch quality (we have tried many and they're usually very average), every dish was delicious and we were very full and satisfied. There was also a free beer to each guest every night, big selection of black teas in the lounge and free inari sushi (which was btw delicious!!!) Definitely 100%% would recommend to anyone that is looking for a last stop before heading to the airport

Great location on the side of the lake. I chose both dinner and breakfast options, dinner was a big surprise and remarkably interesting 10 course meal explained details about its source and history

Overall hotel facilities, albeit a bit dated, is well maintained. Location is good as we are here for ice festival. Onsan is ok albeit a bit small for the public bath.

The private bath is fabulous, and the service is great. However, the night I spent here was not happy at all. Imagine that you were very tired and sleep sweetly at 10pm, the tv in your bedroom automatically turned on at 2am, how creepy that is! Please note that I haven’t use the tv in the bedroom before, and the tv screen showed that a reserved program is about to start, that’s the reason why the tv is on! Here’s a message for the one who in charge of the hotel, please please please check the tv so that no one else will go through the same nightmare that I had before!

They provide shuttle from the JR Chitose at 2pm, The room with TV room is absolutely recommended!! The onsen inside room is very big and super comfortable! The room is chill and the dinner and breakfast are good too! Service is acceptable but not remarkable.

Superb experience with family, cozy stay with sweet services from beginning till end of the stay. Great food at dinners and breakfast. Great view. We took it as a real relaxing retreat! Will def recommend to friends to enjoy.

$3500住一間特別嘅房，係一泊兩食。 晚餐同早餐嘅地方唔同。 呢間餐廳出名豆腐同埋荳品。 晚上有免費飲酒，六點至八點有氣酒、八點至11點有十勝米酒同埋Cocktail，仲有一啲免費小食。 早上還有免費麵包，可是我哋去嘅時候已經冇晒。 行去支笏湖冰濤祭，只係5分鐘，非常近。 有免費泊車，早上還會幫你鏟雪。
