Not opening hotel gate at night, whereas our train reached at 2:30 am in the night and are booking is already started from previous day and during 2 days stay, they never changed water also in room and there is no phone and tv in the room while they mention in the amenities section, overall very bad experience, no lift and they gave room on 2 nd floor.

The amenities written in mm t i. E. Free public parking is totally wrong information shared. Hotem receptionist told meto park the car in see-ta akadha, which was far approx 1 km from hotel and 100 rs parking for 12 hours. Whe i complaint regarding this to receptionist he told me. Mela chail rhea h is samey free parking n hi h

The guys were great. We were allowed at a very nominal price for early check-in at 2 am. The hotel location was the best in chitrakoot. And they guys also booked an tuktuk / auto for local sightseeing at a reasonable rate. And the night aarthi was just next to hotel on the river. The view from the room facing the river was just superb. And their inhouse food was just ok. Maybe we are south indians. Over 9/10

I didn't stay at hotel ramghat inn because there was no ac room available at that tym. Hotel staff and customers care said your money will back to account. But till now this not happen

The cleanliness of the room was not good, it should be noted that the location is at the right place, you have to do it yourself to eat.

If i had not made advance payment i would have never stayed at this hotel it was a terrible experience there was no room service bathrooms were dirty. I got a feeling that i got trapped
