It doesn't have much maintenance in general. The walls of the room were dirty, as if they hadn't been painted for a long time. The toilet lid was broken. The bed cushions had a damp smell and so did the room. The breakfast was very tasty and had many options, but very little for an adult, the portions were like those for a child. The place was very quiet and peaceful. We had a good location to rest. It wasn't bad, but it could have been better. We arrived almost at night and there was no one to guide us on what we had to do, it was by chance that we saw someone and were able to ask.

Not clean bathroom. The floor was full of stains. Sheets on the beds was a complete mess. Very bad smell in the room. Like it was closed for weeks. They asked for 22 usd to check-in one hour earlier at 14:00 instead of 15:00 They told me I will receive my invoice ny email, but never sent it.

Excessive noise without being able to sleep due to a concert they had at night. All night with excessive noise until 3 in the morning. Breakfast included very bad. Air conditioning with bad smell and dirty. I do not recommend it.

The grounds are huge with the hotel rooms set back far enough that you don’t hear any traffic from the main road, just the sound of running water from the fountain in the pond and the little waterfall that feeds it. Bed was super comfortable, AC was quiet and worked well. On weekdays, breakfast is a choice between two items, weekends it’s a nice buffet of traditional Panamanian food and fruit. Be warned, there are a lot of steps to get from the rooms to the restaurant as different parts of the resort are at different elevations; I think it adds to the charm, but might be difficult for someone with limited mobility. I didn’t use the pool but it looked clean and well kept.

Very good option for resting, good breakfast options, good location within central options to reach province attractions, Crown ****** is close by with nightlife attractions available, Cable TV could be better regardless we used

Si viajas a Chitré es el único lugar que te hace sentir en el interior, sus amenidades, el personal, todo es bueno y distintivo de la provincia, los demás son más de lo mismo que uno encuentra en cualquier lado. El lago, la cascada, el jardín con arco, los pisos, tienen maquina de hielo, full recomendado.

Tienen una vista preciosa. Y vimos muchos animalitos. El personal es muy cariñoso. Su desayuno es variado y el restaurante se encuentra en lo alto, puedes ver todo el hotel desde el. Lugar perfecto para convivir en familia y amigos. Recomendado

Atendimento ruim e as acomodações ficam longe de tudo. Tem que caminhar muito para chegar no café da manhã, que não é tão variável. Serviço de quarto não funciona todos os dias. Internet ruim e algumas horas do dia o hotel fica sem água. Limpeza dos andares de baixo também são ruins.
