Our stay at Casa Andina was marvelous! The cabins and beds are very comfortable, with hot showers and nice touches, like welcome chocolates. The staff, including Laura, were all so helpful, friendly, and professional. Excellent service!!!

Lovely property. Enjoyed my stay. Staff were friendly and Karlo was particularly helpful in assisting me upon check in and throughout my stay. Only minor observation is that at night, with the lights on in the room, passers by can see into the room. Maybe a thicker curtain would add a bit more privacy

We stayed there for only one night. Rooms are placed in separate small buildings on the premises. That means also that there is no WiFi in the rooms! The bathroom was real cold and the mold in there was prominent (room 124). The room was also cold and the heating had to be managed carefully. Breakfast buffet style was not as good as on the 5 other hotels in Peru visited so far.

Casa Andina in Chivay, Colca valley, is the ideal starting point to explore the area. The hotel is very quiet, the rooms are comfy, and its restaurant offers excellent food. The hotel has the friendliest staff we've ever met. We stayed there for tree days and it was a unique experience. Thank you, Vanessa Tupac, for your kindness.

Very Great and kind staff and service overall (especially Luisa). The heated blankets were very great and the dining room and lounge had a cozy atmosphere with an open fireplace. Also in the evening locals made traditional Peruvian music, a great experience!

Brilliant stay. Rooms are super clean, well serviced, with heaters and plenty of blankets (it was chilly at night). The open fires and amazing staff make this place a great place to stay. We liked the style so much we booked a sister hotel in Puno.

I chose the Casa Andina Standard Colca as I was on a coach trip which had an overnight in Chivay and based on the location and price as I was booking it quite late this hotel was a great little place to stay for the night. The room was fine with a comfortable bed, an overhead heater which I needed to put on and a clean bathroom. When I first arrived the water was not working and reception fixed this in a few minutes. The room was off a path with a little garden area by it. The hotel is a few minutes walk into town and there is a restaurant onsite which was ok and a couple of shops around the corner. There was a good choice for breakfast with hot and cold food. All the staff were really friendly and helpful and given the location and price and that I needed a place to be for the evening the hotel made for a good base.

Our family of four stayed here in November. The accommodations were wonderful and the staff were very helpful. Plenty of hot water and warm blankets for the cool temperatures. Beware of the altitude. The town of Chicago sits at nearly 12000 feet and we felt altitude sickness. The hotel has an ATM, a clothing store, an evening traditional dance performance, and a wonderful restaurant. Lis and Paula were very helpful and ensured our stay was comfortable. We would love to come back!
