This is the only place we want to stay when we visit. The hospitality is top-notch. The daily breakfast is delicious and eaten in a lovely setting; all of the foods ordered through room service were excellent. The massage therapists are incredible. Highly recommend the hot stone massage. There’s a lovely little pool on the roof. The rooms are spotless and the beds very comfortable. Daniel, who works at the front desk, is a particular favorite — kind, knowledgeable, professional and always eager to help. If there is anything we want or need, he is happy to arrange. All of the staff here are wonderful and truly make sure we have everything we need. We look forward to our next stay. Thank you, Hotel Belem 🤗

An amazing, top of the line, family owned business in Puebla. The rooms are unbelievable, so is the breakfast and the overall team at the Estrella. Can't say enough good things about this place and I think you can't go wrong spending time here!

Very central hotel and convenient for the pyramid, etc. Rooms set around a courtyard. Each room has a mezzanine floor with the bathroom - it's a slightly strange arrangement although necessary to fit everything in. Our steps didn't have handrails so were rather hazardous at night - worth checking depending on your capabilities. Very comfortable bed. Excellent breakfast and lovely staff. Pool smaller than the pictures suggest. No evening meals but plenty of restaurants nearby. Off-street parking 50m from the hotel.

Great Hotel, excellent personel atention and beautifull views on the roof. The restaurant area is nice (patio), and the breakfast are delicious. All the personel very kind and always ready to servicie. And the building is beautiful was an Hacienda.

Very nice hotel! Located very close of on of my favorite jazz club "Jazzatlan". The service was impeccable. I appreciated all the service. I left the hotel very early because I live in Mexico city so I couldn't explore all the services: Food, Pool, etc. The place is very very nice.

My wife is from Puebla and the teenagers are now too big to crash at my in-laws’ house. So we read some reviews and booked Estrella de Belem for the family visit. Very clean, unique hotel walking distance from sights and good food. If you have not been to Cholula, amazing. Go read about it. But it is is small colonial village with small streets that start to bustle early in the morning. There are over 300 churches who all have bells and many shoot fireworks. It is not unusual to be jolted awake at 3 AM here. However, the rooms have sound proof glass and double doors made of thick wood. We didn’t hear a thing. Plus A/C in the rooms. Very comfortable. The breakfast is amazing. Great selection of all the best Puebla and Cholula have to offer. We’ll stay here again next summer.

This is probably the best hotel in Cholula. Very classy, great staff and breakfasts. I had a massage and it was excellent. The rooms are spacious and very dark and quiet. I'd stay there again in a heartbeat.

I spent a week at this hotel to attend business meetings in Puebla. If there would be a way to give it 6 stars I would. The staff is superb, the property and absolute treasure and the food is absolutely top notch as well. Highly recommended and can't wait to return for another stay!

Excellent customer service. Considerate and kind staff. Beautiful and clean place. Comfortable and quiet rooms. Relaxing and peaceful spa. Stay at least three nights. Although the pool and terrace were closed. Please have better pillows and gratuities like bubbles for the tubs.
