I booked 2 rooms with free dinner, the check in process is long. Upon checking in and getting the card from the front office officer, she told me room is not ready, and asked us come back at 3 p.m. she gave us key card at 3pm. Upon entering the room, i noticed the door was not locked and i am shocked that no bedsheets on my beds. The staff told us bedsheets are not ready, and have to wait till 5pm! I thought i am entering a 3 stars hotel!
I booked twin beds and requested for additional 2 pillows (they only give 1 for each guest with total of 2 pillows). I then requested for 2 additional pillows. The concierge told me that only 1 is free and have to charge 50thb for the other. I again thought that i am entering a 3 stars hotel! Well i paid for that because i need additional pillows. I complained to them , they told me is policy.
I went to the complimentary dinner with my family, and they are thai. With due respect, the food taste terrible My thai frds felt very disappointed. The fried salmon have a strong fishy smell!
The amenities in the hotel room is so so, no free slippers, the bathrooms looks old...
They also blocked my access to my room at 11am and i cant enter my room! Their receptionist are far away!
I staying in a so called 5 stars and historical hotel, yet the service is maybe 3 or no stars. If could rate it, i will give 0 stars with great disappointment!
