White House Yuanjing Homestay (Fairy Mountain Branch) recensioner

We booked beacuse of the pool and it was empty, so false advertising lowkey a scam. The room was ok but it had mold. The service was horribe and confused. We arranged a pickup at 6PM from the tourist center and they never came leaving us there, so we had to walk back ourselves and they never apologized for it. We checked in at 13:00 but they didnt give us the keys, then when we came back in the evening the other new reception girl didnt even know we already checked in and had us wait another 15 minutes for confirmation and the keys. Very very bad service.

Super pretty hotel with a nice mountain view. Big big room that's aesthetic inside. Was able to order food to room directly, and has a included cab service direct to the 3 bridges tourist area (where you buy tickets), driver is super lovely. Breakfast wasn't too bad either, compared to other hotels included breakfasts. Would 200% come again for a getaway.

They provide free pickup and drop off from and to Wulong Tourist Centre, in order to travel here you can simply take a Didi car from Wulong station or take the blue shuttle bus from Wulong Station to the Tourist Centre and ask them for pickup. I had a great stay and I’d come back anytime.

Room was super nice and modern! It's really clean and the view was beautiful. The staff are also amazing and so helpful! My train out from Wulong was cancelled and they helped me arrange another night no issues. Their shuttle car service is also so incredibly convenient and breakfast was nice too. I was also able to use the treadmill and washing machine. Would highly recommend if you're looking for a comfortable, peaceful place!

Recommend to stay here if you want to hang out with your friends in a nice balcony with amazing views. Lady at reception was very helpful and friendly. Thank you!

The room was clean, modern, and spacious. The staff was very friendly, gave us their WeChat to take all our questions, and gave us a free ride to the Wulong Karst Visitor’s Center. Highly recommend:)

One of the best homestay tat i stayed. view was acceptable but the toilet is a plus. Room is comfy

Amazing hotel upper level. Staff is nice to assist to check in. This area do not have food so it’s available to eat before come or bring your own food. I wish I hk a spend more time to enjoy the room but I’m rushing in time. I appreciate the staff who answer my question how to get to the location. Thanks I have a great stay.

Excellent service from the reception. We stayed in the Vintage Mountain View room. The photos are as per website. 270 degree view of the mountains. Very nice tea corner. Room was spacious and clean. Breakfast included is nice and hearty. Will recommend accommodation to others.

Amazing room but is a little remote 😁

Had an amazing time staying here. Staffs were very welcoming and attentive. Did not have any hard time even though we hardly understood any Chinese, so foreign visitors should not be discouraged by this. The rooms were super neat and clean. This place provides transportation to the tour sight pickup center which is very convenient! Would recommend choosing this place.

Free pick up service from the tourist centre (less than 10min ride) from 8am - 7pm. Was OK, but no food around the area so either you get it from the town before going to the hotel or order food from the hotel itself. Did the latter and the food was really homely and yummy (affordable as well). The reception also operates like a mini convenience store if you’d like to get cup noodles/snacks :-)

We found this location to be very comfortable and easy to access. The rooms are well organized and well maintained, and the breakfast was very good!
