Svar från boendet: 尊敬的客人，看到您的評價我們萬分愧疚，這邊房間風格多種，有喜歡的和不喜歡的都可以提前聯繫管家安排和避之。我們是公寓式民宿，一樓是大廳，前台在5樓。辦理入住後，這邊會給您電梯卡，這樣四部電梯都可以使用，就會快上很多哦。走廊上的垃圾衹是阿姨打掃衞生後暫放在那裡，後面會清理帶走的~關於拖把是我們的失誤，保潔阿姨打掃完忘記帶走，很抱歉給您造成不好的體驗，懇請您給我們一次改正的機會，下次入住為您提供免費升級房型和貼心服務。
