My first booking with Mustel Hotel Chongqing, check in and check out was super easily as the staff will helpful. Places like 洪崖洞， 解放牌，etc sightseeing located at walking distance. The room was spacious but my room is built above the entrance of in/out car park fortunately not so noisy.I would come back when I come Chongqing on my next trip.

I took a room with a balcony. Very clean room, fascinating view, good location for everything around you. As well as the great staff, always smiling and trying to help. And the breakfast from about 6:00 they are cooking it for you. I loved them and I will be there next time. 100/100 ♥️🇨🇳

the room that we book is not the room that they gave us. only after we complain with trip.com that they showed to us the original room that we book. it is clean, great location. the breakfast is good specially the soup noodles.

The biggest down side of the hotel is the food, no juice, very little fruit if any, very little choice for the international traveller. Rooms are always clean and tidy, good location for my business trips

Location is good, easy to take bus to various attractions. Also easy to walk to a few attractions too. Metro is accessible and quite near to the hotel. A few eateries there too and food there is reasonably priced and tasty too. Lawson is just next to the hotel if need a quick bite. Breakfast selection is limited but good enough. View from the hotel balcony is nice.

We stayed in Mustel during the last leg of the trip. It was located near Jiefangbei and HONGYADONG (about 10-15 mins walk). There are food stalls just outside the hotel making it very convenient. I loved the local supermarkets around the area too. The rooms were great. We managed to get a tour of the different rooms and alll the rooms looked great. there was also a self service laundry room - a great plus if you ask me. Service was impeccable. The staff was easily contactable via Trip.com. A huge shoutout to Mandy who was a great help even before our stay in Mustel. We managed to get help from her for our Taobao orders especially when we are not locals. Got a little welcome and farewell gift from the hotel too. Really thankful for the service and staff at Mustel.

The location is great and the staff is friendly and tries their best to accommodate my requests. The breakfast spread is good and filling. Definitely a great place to recharge and get you ready for a day out for business or travel! Thank you Mustel

Mi è piaciuto tutto di questo hotel. La stanza è molto grande, ben arredata, con un bel balcone. Il letto è comodissimo, gli asciugamani grandi e morbidi. La posizione è perfetta, in dieci minuti a piedi si arriva a Hongya Cave. C'è la lavanderia a disposizione e alla reception sono gentili e professionali. Ottima anche la pulizia, molto attenta e precisa.
