Hotel was not bad overall. When I first arrived, there was no room available, which was a little disappointing. But the staff were very helpful and quickly worked to fix the issue. Appreciate their effort and good service!

It was our first time visiting Chongqing with my family, and we spent a lot of time searching for the perfect hotel online. After much consideration, we decided on this one—and it turned out to be the best choice! The hotel is in a convenient location, the rooms are very clean, and the service from the manager and front desk staff was absolutely exceptional. I sincerely and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Chongqing. Their heartfelt service made us feel truly welcomed and at home.

I have been stayed at Orange Crystal Hotel for three nights, and it was an exceptional experience. This is a brand-new hotel with excellent facilities—everything is modern, clean, and well-maintained. The front desk staff were incredibly friendly and went out of their way to make both local(me) and international (my hubby)feel welcome and comfortable. One of the highlights was the attentive housekeeper, who was always polite and thoughtful. She even reminded us to take extra water whenever I was heading out. The location is also very convenient, with plenty of delicious restaurants just downstairs, making it easy to enjoy the local cuisine. Overall, I couldn’t be happier with my stay at Orange Crystal Hotel. Highly recommend for anyone visiting the area!

We had a great and wonderful stay in this hotel for 3 nights. All their staffs service are more than excellent and especially a young guy in afternoon shift. He brought us all the way to find bank and never did we experience such a fabulous service from any hotel. In addition, this hotel is very clean and convenient too. There are some hawkers stalls which operate till late night and finding food isn’t a problem at all. We would definitely recommend this hotel and will be back again for sure 😃

Hotel is located in residential and local business area, conveniently within walking distance to subway station. Hotel front desk staff, house keeping and laundry service are all excellent . We feel happy and very comfortable staying here. Breakfast is also very nice with many choices and variety from day to day. Service, facilities, food all good, in a homy way. You feel welcome to home when you enter, room is small but clean and comfortable for a good rest. Everything here so natural and cute I definitely will be back and highly recommend.

The hotel's laundry room is equipped with a washing machine and dryer. Great laundry service that helps to dry, iron, fold and deliver back to hotel room. However, note that you will have to put the clothes into the washer by yourself during the day when the employees are there.

Room was clean and new. So many hotpot restaurant nearby just the walking distance.
