Overall very nice... receptionists are extremely friendly and helpful, especially "小易" when we were checking in the hotel at late night, she was very energetic and kind to guide us as we are foreigners and not familiar with the area, the receptionists when we were checking out in the morning also helped us by providing travelling advices using their personal experiences (we were in a hurry so we didn't ask for their names). Hotel room is very clean and we love the design using the concept of minimalism which made the room to be more spacious and comfortable. However, the location of the hotel is quite inconvenient as taking the stairs/Crown escalator(cost ￥2 and closes after 8pm) or cabs (costly) could be the only viable ways to the hotel. 整体都很好，前台接待得很好，尤其是叫“小易”的接待员，晚上了都还是精神抖擞、友善；早上办退房的几位接待员也很热情地提供旅游建议给作为外国旅客的我们。房间干净，简单明了的房间设计显得整个空间又大又舒服。地理位置不太好，不坐车就一定要爬楼梯或乘搭皇冠手扶梯(晚上8点后就关了)，比较麻烦。

此次出行選擇漢庭酒店，真是太明智了！一進店，前台工作人員就笑臉相迎，熱情周到，迅速幫我辦理入住。房間比想象中大很多，佈局合理，打掃得一塵不染，住得格外舒心。智能馬桶更是一大亮點，各種功能超貼心。最讓人驚喜的是機器人送物服務，隨叫隨到，方便又有趣，大大提升了入住體驗，必須點贊！

酒店環境優越，房間乾淨整潔，電視可以投屏，出行很方便，坐皇冠大扶梯很近，工作人員很熱情，設施設備也很齊全，免費洗衣，免費烘乾，推薦入住！

房間還挺大的，停車免費比較方便，性價比也高！周邊吃的不多，但能點外賣也差不多。最好的是冬天到了，有個智能馬桶發熱（懂的都懂[破涕為笑][破涕為笑][機智]）還是可以的！漢庭3.51的配置還是推薦的。

臨時出差，同事推薦訂的這個酒店。到的時候已經是凌晨一點了，前台工作人員還是很熱情的給我辦理了入住。第二天早上去吃早餐，味道真的很棒，品種又多，性價比很高。我決定了，下次出差還來這家酒店！

和幾個朋友一起來重慶旅遊，前台當天就聯繫了我，提供了地鐵站到店的指引，這點服務很棒，讓少走了不少路。酒店客房也比較新，整體來説值得入住。現在淡季100的價格真的無法挑剔了。
