Overall very nice... receptionists are extremely friendly and helpful, especially "小易" when we were checking in the hotel at late night, she was very energetic and kind to guide us as we are foreigners and not familiar with the area, the receptionists when we were checking out in the morning also helped us by providing travelling advices using their personal experiences (we were in a hurry so we didn't ask for their names). Hotel room is very clean and we love the design using the concept of minimalism which made the room to be more spacious and comfortable. However, the location of the hotel is quite inconvenient as taking the stairs/Crown escalator(cost ￥2 and closes after 8pm) or cabs (costly) could be the only viable ways to the hotel.
整体都很好，前台接待得很好，尤其是叫“小易”的接待员，晚上了都还是精神抖擞、友善；早上办退房的几位接待员也很热情地提供旅游建议给作为外国旅客的我们。房间干净，简单明了的房间设计显得整个空间又大又舒服。地理位置不太好，不坐车就一定要爬楼梯或乘搭皇冠手扶梯(晚上8点后就关了)，比较麻烦。

Clean, comfortable and surrounded by great staff! The room was clean and quiet, not noisy at all. The breakfast was really good. The people at the hotel were very friendly and nice with us.

此次出行選擇漢庭酒店，真是太明智了！一進店，前台工作人員就笑臉相迎，熱情周到，迅速幫我辦理入住。房間比想象中大很多，佈局合理，打掃得一塵不染，住得格外舒心。智能馬桶更是一大亮點，各種功能超貼心。最讓人驚喜的是機器人送物服務，隨叫隨到，方便又有趣，大大提升了入住體驗，必須點贊！
