Always my favorite hotel in China. Hotel even gave their local snacks as gift for hotel guest.

Excellent room. Spacious and very clean. Breakfast was a great buffet, there's something for everyone. Receptionist was very helpful and always responded quickly. Location is great, just a few minutes walk from the Liberation Monument and there are many eateries within a minute's walk.

We really enjoyed our stay at SSAW. The hotel is centrally located and within walking distance to many attractions. There is also a taxi stand right at the hotel entrance which was very convenient. The room was OK, we had no complaints. The only thing I would suggest is to have some hand soap near the sink. Breakfast was good and had a nice selection. The staff couldn't speak English but are very friendly and used translation apps. We were helped by Sophia, Jake and Miki during check out. They were very sweet and made sure we were happy with our stay and gave us a farewell gift. I would recommend this hotel 👌🥰

With my family, four of us really enjoy staying in the hotel for 6 nights. The room and facilities are very new, the location is excellent and just metres away from iconic JieFangBei , plenty of shopping malls and nice food, too many choices till which to choose. Most importantly, the reception manager ( especially mentioned Kate) and room cleaners service quality is excellent. Thank you all for my family's stay a memorable and wonderful one, and I am looking forward to stay again in ChongQing.

Location is very good. We got a very high floor. Housekeeping lady who clean the 17th floor did a very good job. Front desk is all very helpful especially Serein, Lily & Vicky. Shout out to the restaurant staff who remember us during our stay. Always smiley and ready to help. TV in room is very big, all amenities is complete! We are really impressed with the hotels in China, from Beijing to Xi’an and Chongqing!! One more city to cover before we heed home! Chengdu here we come!

This hotel's location is excellent, but difficult to find on Google maps because of the name of hotel in chinese. Reception staff Kate was very helpful and helped us with suggestions for places to visit. 21 floor restaurant and lounge has great views.

The room is too small can't fit large luggage. The air conditioner is central air conditioner with only hot air. The room is too hot. I have complained to the front desk and she just told me that she can't do anything about it. It's too inhumane. It needs improvement. I can only sleep with the window open at night.
