“Looks Nice, but Disappointing Experience”
At first glance, this condo seemed new and promising, but unfortunately, the experience fell far short of expectations.
The check-in process was a nightmare. There was no clear communication or instructions provided beforehand, which led to unnecessary confusion and delays. I had to reach out multiple times to get basic details, and even then, it felt like I was being left to figure things out on my own.
As for the cleanliness, it was shockingly bad—more in line with what you’d expect from a 1-star hotel. The floors weren’t properly cleaned, the bathroom was grimy, and there were noticeable stains on some of the furniture. It made the place feel far less welcoming than it looked in the photos. Under the bed was a collection of dust from what looks like a years worth of collecting.
It’s disappointing because the property has potential, but the lack of attention to guest experience and basic hygiene made the stay far from enjoyable. I wouldn’t recommend this place until these issues are addressed.
We contacted trip.com after the first day and the customer service rep , Abby, was supposed to call me back and advise we needed to checkout by noon but she didn’t and we ended up paying for another night and negotiating with the hotel owner to get back 50% only for a late check out.
Gym looks nice but also no access since you are not given a key card and you’ll have it take the trash elevator and go through the parking lot and message the person to open the door.
Very inconvenient and very stressful experience
