“Looks Nice, but Disappointing Experience” At first glance, this condo seemed new and promising, but unfortunately, the experience fell far short of expectations. The check-in process was a nightmare. There was no clear communication or instructions provided beforehand, which led to unnecessary confusion and delays. I had to reach out multiple times to get basic details, and even then, it felt like I was being left to figure things out on my own. As for the cleanliness, it was shockingly bad—more in line with what you’d expect from a 1-star hotel. The floors weren’t properly cleaned, the bathroom was grimy, and there were noticeable stains on some of the furniture. It made the place feel far less welcoming than it looked in the photos. Under the bed was a collection of dust from what looks like a years worth of collecting. It’s disappointing because the property has potential, but the lack of attention to guest experience and basic hygiene made the stay far from enjoyable. I wouldn’t recommend this place until these issues are addressed. We contacted trip.com after the first day and the customer service rep , Abby, was supposed to call me back and advise we needed to checkout by noon but she didn’t and we ended up paying for another night and negotiating with the hotel owner to get back 50% only for a late check out. Gym looks nice but also no access since you are not given a key card and you’ll have it take the trash elevator and go through the parking lot and message the person to open the door. Very inconvenient and very stressful experience

First of all, the location is great as it is a one minute walk from 十八梯. There is one hotpot there that closes at 11pm. To access 较场口 exit 4, one has to walk through 十八梯, climbing multiple flight of stairs so I would recommend taking a cab (with your luggage). Second of all, the checking in process is quite fast. There is no clear ‘hotel’ lobby so you must call the hotel when you are near so they can fetch you. For this residence hotel, everytime you want to enter, you have to do so through the carpark, messaging the boss on WeChat so he can open the door for you automatically. His responses are quite fast so you do not have to wait so long. Generally quite clean, but do not expect it to be spotless clean. For this price range, I enjoyed my stay here although the cleanliness can be slightly improved. I must commend the huge room and bed given. The projector can be used to blast music or play movies as well.

Receptionists are very responsive on wechat during our stay and did their best to fulfil our requests. really appreciate their efforts in making our stay a comfortable one

As much as the venue is at a good location, the place is v dirty. We find dust and rubbish everywhere. Inside the kitchen cabinet has alot of random stuff. The toilet cabinet is v worn down. Also going back to the unit is v troublesome you have to access via basement 4 to a v long walk. If you have big luggage is v inconvenient.

We've stayed for a few days. And they do have cleaning service but for 3 days, we've feedback tht the living room is v v dirty yet it's not resolved. They keep saying the cleaning auntie is unwell and manpower isn't enough. We were v over promised abt the cleanliness. They have a v nice and good kitchen but there isn't any pots or pan or utensils. The stove doesn't even lit up to make hot any food. Also, you have to pay a deposit upon arrival of 300. The good part is the room is big and spacious. Location is also in the middle of many shops. Other than tht, there's alot of inconvenience and the unit tht we stay is really v dusty and dirty. Also the front desk, yes they reply your texts. But they are not v helpful and in terms of giving you directions to navigate around to collect your parcels and etc, they are not good with it.
