Hard to find. They mention the room number in building 14. When you go there, you don't find anyone. Then the person come and he sees me but he does not communicate properly that I can go with him for checkin. He just shout some random things. It was not a friendly experience. Then I waited for another 15 to 20 minutes and contacted trip.com. then he come again. If you know there is a guest of your hotel why not just help them and take them to reception along with you first time.
Suggestion to owner: post a sticker on the room gate with clear direction to reach the reception area. so if someone go there they can contact you.
Also add the images on the trip.com about how to find the reception area. You can clearly show in image that reception area is located on left side of the exit 7.
For Readers: the reception area is on left side once you come out of exit 7. It is on the main road. Don't go inside alleyway or back side of the building. Because the address is building 14 room 9-3. If you go there you won't find anyone.
You can reach terminal 2 in 5 minutes.
To go to Terminal 3 you have to go to the subway station Terminal 2, then take the subway to Terminal 3.
In total you will reach terminal 3 in 10-15 minutes.
Cleanliness and hygiene: the room was good clean hygiene and basic amenities were provided.
Location: Location is good. seems they have many rooms. So the location address provided may not be your room. once you go there they will make you walk to another location.
Room: air condition work really well. Shower was good.
Amenities: basic communities like toothbrush, soap, shampoo, towel is provided.
I think they have many rooms in the same area. So you might be walking from here to there once you go to the reception. The reception is hard to find. Because there are no clear instruction how to reach the reception.
Your room could be in a different building from the reception. And the buildings are quite old.
