Its quite a walk to 观音桥, overall it was a present stay but the lift wait was really long. Breakfast was bad, and the breakfast staff there was rude, heard her talking back to the elderly that just wanted to give review about the salad sauce saying that it was not nice but that staff just said so far no people complained in an annoyed tone. She been eyeing on people as well telling them what they should do and all, making it uncomfortable! Keep asking people whether they gave their breakfast coupon when we already given it to her.

第二次入住這個酒店,上次是東北候鳥過冬的11月🤣環境很好,衞生棒棒的,服務人員很熱情,下雨天送上了熱乎乎的紅糖水,非常暖心,另外重點表揚停車區域,有停車場就很好,畢竟停車一晚也很貴呢,其次早餐也不錯,冷菜熱菜都有,重慶小麪也很好吃,下次還會來入住的,最後推薦儲奇門鱔魚火鍋,好吃😋

這次入住麗呈東谷酒店真的被圈粉了!從進門到退房,全程體驗感拉滿,必須誇一波他們的貼心服務~💯辦理入住時,前台小姐姐主動問我有沒有房間偏好,我説想安靜點,結果直接安排了靠小區一側的房間!雖然隔音還是能聽到點外面的動靜(畢竟臨街難免啦),但重點是——反饋問題後他們立馬響應!維修師傅火速來檢查,還反覆道歉説會優化隔音措施,態度超誠懇。這種“有求必應”的勁兒,讓人瞬間安心。第二天上午,前台居然主動打電話問我需不需要延遲退房!本打工人狂喜,終於不用急急忙忙收拾行李了~而且不管什麼時候路過前台,工作人員都會笑着打招呼,晚上回酒店還遞上熱乎乎的薑茶驅寒,大廳24小時免費礦泉水隨便拿,細節控表示極度舒適從幫忙提行李的小姐姐到打掃衞生的阿姨,每個人都是笑臉相迎,甚至能記住我的姓氏,這種“被重視”的感覺太戳人了!晚上回房間發現桌上多了個小卡片,寫着第二天的天氣提醒,連飲水杯都貼心放了杯套防塵,這些小細節簡直比五星級還貼心 麗呈東谷酒店可能不是最豪華的,但絕對是“把客人當朋友”的寶藏酒店!隔音的小瑕疵完全被服務彌補了,下次來絕對要二刷~強烈推薦給看重服務細節的姐妹們!👏

酒店位置還是很方便,衞生做的很不錯!非常暖心,大廳備有熱礦泉水,每天出門遊玩很方便。第一天到入住酒店還貼心送了薑湯,退房去停車場開車時,酒店工作人員還特意把車窗和後視鏡擦乾淨了的。處處細節服務到位,有家的感覺,借用樂堡啤酒來説,酒店就是個快樂的城堡!😂

第二次入住了,體驗感還是很好,酒店位置還是很方便,衞生做的很不錯!非常暖心,大廳備有熱礦泉水,每天出門很方便,第一天還送了點心和銀耳湯,身體不舒服還準備了紅糖薑茶,很推薦!

麗呈酒店就在桔子酒店旁邊,進門門口有一個小憩區。大堂裏面書吧、飲品區都有,非常棒。雖然隔觀音橋核心商圈有點距離,但是這樣的更安靜,非常棒。 讓前台小姐姐給我選的靠馬路的房間,竟然還可以看到江。晚上回來還有薑茶和小零食,簡直太讚了👍

這次入住該酒店是一次非常愉快的經歷。酒店的位置離地鐵和公交站都比較近,周邊配套齊全,早餐也很好吃。房間舒適温馨,在外面玩一天非常累,回來看到贈送的小零食和銀耳粥,特別暖心~酒店的員工都很熱情,打掃衞生的阿姨也特別親切友好,下次有機會來重慶還會選擇這裏。

房間能看出來是老物業, 但是維護的很用心,運營的也很好,前台有免費熱瓶裝水可以隨時取用,到了酒店放了行李就出門了,回來還給贈送了晚安甜品,非常貼心,地理位置挺好,性價比高,前台專業,是很值得入住的一間店。
