Room window offered with additional price room clean enough but smells not good

This is one of the worse hotels that I’ve ever stayed. I don’t usually leave a comment but this time I have decided to write a comment for the hotel so that you don’t be the unfortunate ones. I checked in on the 22nd Dec 23 and checked out on 24th Dec 23. The front desk staff is unfriendly and helpless. When I arrived at the hotel, I asked the front desk where the washroom is. Her reply was 2nd floor. I went to the second floor and there’s no signage to show where the washroom is and I couldn’t find it. Then, I asked one of the cleaners and her reply was there’s only washroom in the hotel room. Oh gosh, the cleaner didn’t even know there’s washroom available at the second floor. At the end, I found it. The elevator was under maintainance and I have to climb up the staircase to reach level 5. The staircase is dim and full of garbage. The room is spacious but it’s dim as well. Overall, I don’t enjoy my stay in this hotel.

The picture shown on trip.Com associated with the hotel is not a picture of the hotel. The hotel banner name is Lavande hotel which is different that the name provided on the checking voucher. In this area of town the street names are not very clear. Hence it can be quite difficult to find the hotel if you walk to the hotel from the subway and use the web picture and name provided.

Room with no windows smelt like hotpot

The staff was super friendly and very helpful. Thank you very much. Rooms are old and a bit run down. In theory the rooms are well equipment with all sorts of amenities, but that does not cover up the fact that the hotel needs to be renovated. Please be careful when choosing your room. There are rooms without window and rooms that have a window but face the backside of the hotel (hillside). Although there is a window, it goes into a cave with no daylight whatsoever. Choose a room that faces the road and the river, if you can.

和親戚們一起來重慶，因為出發頭一天晚上 12 點還沒確定到底來幾個人，酒店定的太晚，我們人比較多，考慮到有些親戚的經濟水平，當時已經沒有啥可選擇的了，以自己以往的經歷覺得麗楓這個品牌不會有問題，定完這裏才發現評價特別差，當時想改別的酒店已經都漲價得更離譜，不得已繼續住在這裏。説實話，以後不會再來了，首先，房間沒有窗户，走進去就一股子潮濕的味道。二，房間光線很差，所有燈都打開了衹是圖上那個效果，感覺很壓抑。三，酒店位置還不錯，離地鐵不遠，但是晚上封路，我們的車差點進不來，當時告訴我，如果下午四五點前車進不來，就要等到晚上 11 點以後了，這讓我們去哪裡流浪？四，早餐去晚了要搶，否則啥都沒有了，本來質量就不高。五，孩子説，這是最差酒店的天花板，於是我要求升級，補點錢也要個有窗户的房間，前台跟我説，如果動過被子要交 30 塊錢，這是我在其他酒店沒有遇到過的，我升級了的房間有窗户，但是外面是天井，沒想到六百多的房間居然還是暗無天日。六，我特別後悔下了兩天的訂單，第二天酒店根本沒收拾，用過的面膜和隱形眼鏡盒子都還放在原處，被子也就是隨意鋪了一下。嚴重質疑這是個假麗楓。

入住體驗非常不好，浴巾毛巾這些爛了都還在拿出來用；廁所還反味，一進房間就有一股臭味，廁所簾子看上去也很破爛

優點：前台和阿姨服務好、熱情。酒店位置絕佳，房間夠大，在核心位置，離地鐵站也方便，周圍吃的多。 缺點：房間和圖片嚴重不符，實際採光差，房間設施破舊，整個房間發潮，杯子床單都是潤的，燈也昏暗，住宿感受非常不好。早餐品類少質量不行，補充也很慢，不建議購買。

避雷，從來沒住過這麼差的麗楓，甚至不如很多低端快捷酒店……前台掛的牌子衞生評級是C，酒店地毯臟的很，房間老舊破爛不説，還一股黴味…窗簾破爛卷邊，真的大開眼界了。有遮擋的帶窗房間還不如沒窗，對着毫不見光的天井，打開窗簾後依然一片漆黑，而且空氣很差很差。 房間都懶得拍照片了，看看這門頭，這環境…遇到的其他住客也在吐槽，過於老舊，電梯像貨梯，臟…

這是我為數不多的評論，也是我為數不多的差評，首先從停車開始，從停車場到酒店居然是步行，也就是把車停到停車場了，然後再步行原路返回，好吧，這個可以接受，然後，前台登記，服務員説了房間有窗，但是靠牆，我覺得沒得什麼，進結果到了房間進去看了才知道，那不是靠牆，那是在橋洞底下啊，這個可能是自己理想化了，服務員也告知了，我也接受，再然後上樓，到了所在樓層，我天，簡直就是現實版的迷宮啊，我在想這個消防是怎麼過得到的，如果發生火災之類的，真的逃跑基本上無望，我也就理解之前某地發生的火災酒店會死那麼多人的原因了，再然後，進到房間一股黴味潮濕感鋪面而來，這也是因為在橋洞的緣故造成的，然後地毯很臟，房間燈光昏暗，正是因為燈光昏暗，所以你基本上不仔細看也看不出來房間裏面很臟很久，廁所裏面各種發黴，這也和酒店是在橋洞下面相呼應，設施各種陳舊，現在哪個水龍頭還是冷熱水分成兩個開關控制的，最可氣的花灑那個開關，你拿着噴頭洗的時候一定要小心，因為你把那個開關稍微擰過界了，水就從頭頂那個花灑出來的，此時就是落湯雞了，再然後，拖鞋，拖鞋我可以非常明確的説，那個拖鞋不是一次性的拖鞋，是重複利用的，不信的可以把拖鞋打開看看腳底板那一塊，就看得出來，再然後礦泉水，晃眼一看，以為是怡寶，結果不知道是什麼**水，你説節約成本，我理解，哪怕拿個康師傅的純凈水或者涼白開也行啊，結果不知道是模仿怡寶包裝的不知名的瓶裝水，最後的最後，雖然是來福士店，但是他和來福士沒有半毛錢關係，就是在來福士旁邊橋洞底下的破舊樓，更別想是在來福士裏面了，好了，最後總結一句就是，這個酒店最好不要去住
