M58 Hotel

Rummet är uselt. För att inte tala om renligheten. Det finns bara en pall i rummet. Det finns inget uttag nära bordet i rummet. Man kan inte ens ladda telefonen. Det är också smutsigt. Man kan inte sitta. Rumshygienen är hemsk. Det kostar mer än 500 yuan per natt. Alla måste undvika detta hotell.

M58 is a fantastic hotel choice if you're looking for a panoramic view of Chongqing. The unblocked, sweeping views of the city skyline are absolutely breathtaking—especially from the comfort of your room. We booked three rooms, each featuring a bathtub positioned right in front of the floor-to-ceiling window. Soaking in the tub while admiring the city lights was a truly memorable experience. What really stood out, though, was the exceptional service. Like other hotels we've stayed at in China, we communicated with the staff via WeChat to request amenities and support. However, the team at M58 went above and beyond. Not only did they surprise us with complimentary snacks and bath bombs, but they also patiently helped us set up *******, the local food delivery app—something that really made our stay more convenient. An added bonus? They offer free laundry service, which was a pleasant and unexpected touch. While the rooms are slightly dated in terms of design, the incredible views and top-notch service more than made up for it. I had one of the best nights of sleep during our trip here. Overall, M58 exceeded my expectations, and I’d happily return.

I would like to give positive feedback on your staff Xiaomei whom was very helpful and professional… on 25/6/25 after we check out we left our luggage at the holding area . When we returned to rest she asked how long we were waiting for our taxi and upon learning that we had flight delays she offer us a room to rest and explained since there was an empty room. We are so touched by her caring response and truly grateful. We will not hesitate to recommend friends to come stay at your hotel for such great service rendered and the rooms we stay are fantastic bed is comfortable and the makeup room daily is excellent as well :)
