Yuzhou Hotel recensioner

No one in this hotel speaks any word of English. This makes every interaction painfully slow and we were disturbed countless times by staff members attempting to provide the most basic services in the most clumsy manner possible.

The room smells strongly of cigarettes and spices. But overall cleanliness was fine. Breakfast is very good and offers variety of items. And I love the way the hotel offers the complimentary amenities e.g. wound plaster.

I stayed for a few days for a wedding. The staff was very kind and helpful, especially Peter, Xiao Yan and Carrie. They pay great attention to detail. You also have a very wide variety of dishes for breakfast. I had a wonderful stay!

Our room was very spacious with great amenities; we also enjoyed a beautiful view of the tranquil gardens from our window. The reception was very friendly, and the free luggage storage was particularly helpful. Moreover, we had breakfast at the hotel restaurant, which was excellent, as was the service from FeiFei who served us.

I always choose to stay in this hotel because the location and best service they offer. I also love the swimming pool they provide for guests. Now they even provide the free dinner noodle. That is very convenient and nice to have. I love this hotel and will recommend to everyone.

Room was amazing. Breakfast was very good. There was a chef special everyday. Definitely worth trying! Not all staff speaks English at the front desk. But the moment they see you don’t speak mandarin very quickly someone appears that speaks English so overal that is good. In the restaurant for dinner the staff didn’t speak English but Google translate goes a long way and they are super patient while typing in the question and translate into Chinese. Have been to quite a few hotels in my life and this one definitely is in my top 5.

Great hotel, great amenities, good food. State guesthouse in Chongqing, so the standards are impeccable.

Location is a little far from the city but easy to get around with taxis. Amazing environment and great customer service. Had some trouble paying using foreign credit card and had to pay extra upfront until machine was serviced.

This hotel is an exceptional—wonderful place with a high design quality. We only stayed for a night and enjoyed the amenities; gym, outdoor and indoor pool, and sauna room. The room was grand, spacious, and comfortable. The staff is fantastic, speak English and are very generous. Breakfast was also excellent—lots of western options. This hotel exceeded expectations.

早餐非常豐盛，😍，也可以加床🛏🛏，小孩在裏面玩得很開心，還能做手工，nice👍👍👍 總體來説：這家酒店真的讓我非常驚喜！從踏入大堂的那一刻起，就能感受到它的高品質和專業服務。房間寬敞明亮，床鋪超級舒適，設施一應俱全。工作人員熱情有禮，總是能在第一時間滿足我的需求，專業、友善，讓我們一家四口👨👩👧👦在這裏度過了一段美好的時光。

剛進酒店就是兩排的銀杏樹葉，確實美，園林規劃非常棒！大堂大氣，本人睡眠不好，房間床品難得的舒適，雖然不是新酒店，設施維護很好，乾淨整潔。早餐豐富，服務熱情又不失禮貌，盅盅麪、羊肉粉非常👍
