Nicesoe M Hotel (Chongqing Jiefangbei Walking Street) recensioner

The location is fantastic. It is within walking distance to most of the attractions we wanted to visit such as Hongyadong, Raffles City, Shibati. Bayi Food Street is 2 min away, so we walked over daily for food and gifts shopping. We had daily breakfast at a noodle stall just across the street. There are also plenty of eateries if you walk into the alley. All the staff I interacted with are very helpful and were able to provide helpful suggestions. Do note that the place has some wear and tear, but it is seriously valued for money. I would definitely stay there again.

I had higher expectations of this place. The location was good and convenient, but wasn't happy with the cleanliness of the rooms. My room was stinking of cigarettes despite I booked non-smoking rooms. The light in my toilet did not work. There were cigarette butts when I opened the window, spiderwebs in the room. There was nobody at the reception when we checked out before 8.00 AM.

Location ok near city center. Has good room and bidet toiled.

Chose this hotel due to its great location! The room wasn’t spotlessly clean, especially the bathroom had some unclean spots. I’m definitely used to cleaner hotels - in and outside of China. However, the staff was friendly and the room was spacious!

I really loved this hotel! Super clean, big, friendly staff, and great location. I liked the loose leaf tea they provided too :) Bonus points for a laundry room, a Lawsons right downstairs, a mini-fridge, and smart technology. Would definitely book again!

The room is big and clean. Lightings are AI controlled. The hotel is 8 minutes walk from the nearest metro station. Bayi food street 3 minutes walk. The hotel occupied 3 floors of a commercial building.

This place is pretty good compared to the place. It’s close to the train station that you can go anywhere.

There is also a Nicesoe M hotel but Nicesoe S is housed within Nicesoe M. Both room and bathroom are extremely large and spacious. It’s clean and well maintained, near to a walking street with all the food that i absolutely love. I most enjoyed the grilled oysters and the cool sweet dessert jelly. I had a comfortable and enjoyable stay in Chongqing

It was a good hotel with a comfortable bed, a clean room, a convenient location near the main street, a very smiling girl at the reception, which helped us with some questions. We took a room with a bath, but it was not very comfortable to take it, as the drain was badly closed and the water constantly disappeared, it was necessary to constantly keep the water included. The hotel has two washing machines, but on the first evening and the next morning they were busy, we could not wipe our clothes. We were able to do it only next night, but places to raise clothes there were very few. But in general, we liked the hotel!

Rooms are okay, with nice bathtubs and furniture. Staff are friendly. The biggest problem is their "smart" appliances. The only way to control lights is through voice commands, which are in Chinese of course. If you don't speak Chinese, you can't turn the lights on/off, which is ridiculous. We had to record the staff saying "turn on" and "turn off" and use that recording to control the lights. We also couldn't control the individual lights (toilet light for example), only all lights on or off.
