The staff are Very nice . Room is spacious and comfortable. The staff and guests are very polite and seems highly educated. The hygiene is good.

We enjoy our stay in the Marriott. The room was spacious and clean. The staff was very friendly. We would definitely come back again.

I booked a one room apartment and it was the best apartment hotel I ever stayed. Room is clean, comfy and hotel service is very good. I enjoyed my 4 nights and wish I can stay in Chongqing longer. Breakfast is reasonable and nothing to complain with ample choice. Walking distance to shopping mall and jiefangbei and hongya dong. Will be back this hotel apartment if even coming back to chongqing

it's a very strategic location to stay near to jiefangbei and other chongqing tourist spot. The room was very big and neat. Laundry and dryer was provide in room. The hospitality was really nice, they gave us welcoming snack and all the staff are helpful. However the amenities and facility could be increase as marriot excecutive apartment is 5star,such as the smart hair dryer and smart toilet could be applied in room. One of the big problem was the deposit, since i used the international bank even though it's a union pay card but the deposit was unsecessful to returned once i checked out which make double works for me which i need to call the bank from my country. I hope the hotel can suggest the customers to use alipay/wechat pay/cash for the deposit since we all know it is jot easy to use international bank card in here.

The best part is location and having a washer and a dryer in the room.

Spacious and quiet room. Cones with washer and dryer. Towels and toilet rolls were replaced everyday but toiletries were not as they were practicing sustainable movement. Bed were really comfy and overall we had a good stay

Location was great, just off Jiefangbei and close to multiple eating, shopping and entertainment spots. The room was clean and well furnished, we were very comfortable throughout our stay. Service was excellent. We requested multiple items including water, a humidifier etc and items were provided promptly and with a smile. Service at the front desk and the concierge were always very good, giving us late checkout, helping us with our suitcases, items and getting the lift for us. We look forward to coming back.

Amazing hotel, upgraded us to a suite when we first arrived. We left for the suburbs for a night and came back to the hotel for another 2 nights. They didn’t upgrade us for the second time and assigned us a much smaller room with abnormal heating. When we complained about the heat in the room, they sent a service staff to check the heater. They couldn’t fix the issue, so we asked for a fan as a solution. The hotel staff subsequently offered to upgrade us to the same suite as before even though we didn’t ask for it. Amazing service and excellent hotel, would recommend to anyone else ! Location is great , within walking distance from the main shopping district.

Rooms are spacious could sleep 2 adults on a twin and 3 kids in the king bed easily (otherwise add an extra single bed for 300rmb for extra comfort). Breakfast was great. Fantastic location. Just behind the main shopping/food streets. 3mins walk to the subway train station. Staff is sooooo helpful!!! The MEA wechat was a lifesaver, when I was lost or needed to book a dinner location or even just to get a contact number (as my mandarin skills were basic at best) they helped with the queries regardless of time of day. Highly recommended.

Great Location. We booked the 2 bedroom deluxe and the room is very spacious with a large living room. Only set back of this place is the room does not have a nice view and the lobby entrance is rather small. breakfast was decent and the staff were very friendly.
