Walking distance to jie fang bei. Helpful bellboy who ensures our luggage is carefully placed in the car boot when we checked out.

Excellent location, walking distance to the main attractions. Luxury room with a great breakfast buffet. Club lounge evening cocktail is marvelous, added a couple of hot Chinese food with noodle live station on top of normal wines, liquor, salad, desert & fruit.

Chongin is a fabulous city to visit. Tourist Sites are all access via by metro lines. I review with three Cs Convenient location - The hotel has excellent rooms and location. Hyatt Hotel is in downtown itself—within 150 meters of People Square. The Metro is 200 meters Cleannessness- Top quality. The toilet bathroom is excellent. The room is big, and the bed is very comfortable. Courtesy- Staff all are very professional from the Front Desk, Bellboy, and Restaurant. Great Food at the Chinese restaurants of the hotel. General - Taxi drivers were courteous and honest. Merchant price tags are consistent across the same product. Food is spicy and a bit salty Chongin City is worth repeat visits.

Great reception experience but not at the breakfast restaurant not at the same warmness level as at the Local chain hotel

Location is great! Next to busy jiefangbei yet not too jam to take a taxi. Love the toilet, it’s huge. However, could tell that the hotel is a little dated. Doesn’t really give a 5 stars feel as lobby isn’t grand and very small drop off/pick up.

Hotel location was very convenient, it is just next to JieFangBei. Hotel amenities and accommodation is very nice and affordable.

Everything was perfect, a beautiful hotel, a nice room, and great facilities. Unfortunately, some members of the staff don't speak English, and I had a disappointing experience with the breakfast. I wasn't informed that the buffet closed at 10:00 am instead of 10:30 am on weekdays, and so we were turned away in complete confusion, even though we had paid for that

Stayed 4 nights, great location and service. Room we booked was fantastic, comfortable bed, large marble bathroom. Lots to eat and shop all around. Just beware if you are catching a taxi to the hotel, for our 8km journey it took us 1.5 hours as the city bridge was ridiculously jammed!!! Catching a metro I would if I come to Chongqing again! Also avoid the summer (& holiday) months - it was inferno Hot 🥵 42+ (but feel like 49) degrees in August, the whole day and night!!!!!

Genrally, all good. Customer Service excellent but their central heating was too hot. The Weather not even cold.
