Svar från boendet: 尊敬的賓客：您好！很抱歉沒有給您帶來良好的入住體驗~從您步入朗麗茲的那一刻開始您就是我們的家人，我們希望用自己的貼心給您家人般的照料。很遺憾...未能第一時間瞭解到您入住期間的不便，麗茲非常慚愧！關於您提到的馬桶矮的問題，咱們酒店馬桶是嚴格按照正常人體工學的統一標準購買及配置的科勒品牌馬桶，不知是否您身高較高，起身稍微吃力一些；酒店大廳及前台都有茶水及紅糖薑茶可供飲用，入住時咱們前台妹妹都會主動奉茶呢，客人離店也會主動詢問是否需要攜帶温水出行，水温在45℃左右，以便所有客人均可直接飲用哦~~您提到的淋浴間熱水問題，確實給您抱歉，咱們冷熱水開關都是獨立分開需要手動調整的，也是為了方便客人根據體感所需温度進行調控，再者由於咱們每個房間都配備了浴缸，為了提高顧客的泡浴體驗，水温相對較高一些，當然都是可以調控的呢~房間的夜燈在牀頭櫃下方，您提出問題後咱們已立即通知酒店工程經理現場查看，對夜燈的靈敏度再次做了改善~最後您提到的房卡問題，麗茲現已經聯繫門鎖專業工作人員，對每天的房卡截止失效時間進行了更改，至第二天下午14：00，對此給您帶來的不便，麗茲深表歉意~~非常感謝您與我們分享了您的入住感受並給我們的工作提出了寶貴的意見和建議！我們已經及時作出改進，此次沒能給您留下完美回憶，期待下次能夠全都補上，我們在努力，期待您見證！祝：一切順利！
