We’ve booked family room this time. Very satisfied with great location and service. This is our second time staying here.

I had an absolutely wonderful stay at the Glenview! Arriving at the hotel lobby was a nice surprise, as it was large and grand entrance into the building. The staff were absolutely delightful, and went to great extents to ensure I was happy and comfortable during my stay. The rooms offer some great views of the city by night, and I was very kindly treated to a free upgrade during my stay, to an even larger room, with an even better view. The location is spot on; you're right in the heart of it, with all the hustle and bustle of Chongqing just around the corner, giving guests the benefit of very convenient placing for exploring the city, but still offering a quiet escape for when tog want to relax. The breakfast offered a huge variety of hot and cold foods to suit both local and western palates. There are also plenty of great food alleys nearby, so you can pop out at nearly any time and find something great to eat. Overall, a fantastic experience, would definitely stay at the Glenview again!

This was a surprising find! Glenview ITC Plaza Chongqing wasn’t on my radar at first—it was booked by my supplier’s travel agent for the main group. For convenience, I decided to stay here before everyone else arrived, and I’m so glad I did! ✅ Huge Room – Spacious and comfortable, perfect for unwinding after a long day. ✅ Fantastic Location – Right in Chongqing’s CBD but slightly away from the busiest areas. Easy access to 解放碑 (Jiefangbei) and 十八梯 (Shibatiba) while still enjoying peace and quiet at night. ✅ Great Service – Friendly staff and smooth experience throughout my stay. ✅ Free Airport Shuttle – A huge bonus! The hotel provides a complimentary shuttle bus to and from Chongqing Jiangbei International Airport (CKG)—one less headache for travelers. But the real highlight? The breakfast buffet! 🍜🥢 Not only is there an incredible variety of choices, but they have a noodle station serving authentic Chongqing noodles—a perfect way to sample local flavors before venturing out into the city. And get this—the buffet runs from 6:30 AM to 1:30 PM (not a typo! 1:30 PM!). No pressure to wake up early; you can take your time and even treat it as an early lunch before heading out to explore. Another bonus? 鲁祖庙 (Luzu Temple area) is right next door, a trendy spot filled with stylish cafés and restaurants—perfect for relaxing with a cup of tea or coffee. I enjoyed my stay so much that I canceled my booking at Mercure and extended my stay here for an extra two nights after the group left. The room was very clean, and the staff were exceptionally polite. Xiao Tang, a trainee, went above and beyond to serve us with a warm smile. Xiao Li, who was working alongside her, also assisted us with our luggage. They were both valuable assets to the hotel and made us feel incredibly welcomed.

Room is clean and spacious. However noise insulation is not fantastic, either that or my neighbors were extremely loud. Could hear them so loud esp during the power outage period at 3am on 17 Dec, in the middle of the night. Very good location and good selection of breakfast. Check-out counter staff service was rude when I ask question about where to leave the luggage after check-out. However the baggage counter staff service was excellent.

The location is good. Within walking distance to Jiefangbei, eateries and Subway. The hotel room is big but very old. Not 5 star standard. It's 20 degrees in chongqing. There is no air conditioning in the room from the evening onwards. Staff said only the central fan system is turned on for ventilation, but the fan speed is super bad, so had to request for portable fan. The room is very stuffy at night. Must open the window for air flow.

It’s indeed a 5 star hotel if ur in the 90s.. not to say it’s bad.. amenities are good but items needs to be updated. Coffee packets needs to be replace with espresso machines, mouth wash bottle, usb plug or wireless charger… these are the few things can be added to make it a 2024 5 star hotel..

This is a wonderful hotel with exceptional cleanliness, attentive service, and very welcoming hospitality from all the staff, especially Ms. Lemon at the front desk and the housekeeping lady on the 29th floor. Their friendliness made our stay very memorable. The location is centrally located and convenient to all the key tourist spots. We recommend ordering breakfast a day in advance to get a cheaper deal, instead of purchasing it online during hotel booking. The breakfast selection is amazing! If a heavy buffet breakfast isn’t your thing, there is a local morning grocery market nearby where you can find delicious meat buns and congee. Enter from the lane on the right side of the hotel.

The staff at this hotel were incredibly helpful and attentive, making our stay and travel truly enjoyable. The room is clean and housekeeping service is excellent. Moreover this hotel's location is absolutely perfect, making it easy for us to explore the city.

Hotel is located in a really good location with lots of food options around and main attractions all within 1km away. Hotel staff are friendly to help with navigating through the complexity of food delivery, restaurant reservation/recommendations. Staff Lydia was really friendly and ensured that my room is kept clean all the time. Overall a good stay!
