Hotel has its best years behind it and the pictures must be from the better times when it was run under a different name. It operates on minimum staff which lack service orientation and seem to have no experience working in a hotel. Sad, as the building has potential and location and view from the rooms and pool is marvellous. Close to metro line 1, nice and quite neighborhood with great food options!

Cool hotel in a great location, decor is a little tired and the restaurant looked closed not sure if it is due to being a quiet time. Staff couldn’t speak English but it wasn’t an issue, pool was lovely and cool with a great view. Bedroom was clean and comfortable.

Breakfast was not good. No Cofee or tea was served. They have a very beautiful Coffee Shop space.

The hotel room itself was modern and clean. Rooftop pool has a great view of the river. Overall, a positive stay. However, I later received an email from Trip saying that the hotel said we never checked in. I was charged the no show fee (later refunded after I contacted Trip and corrected the error). Seems like a big oversight on the hotel’s part.

Bit taken back by the surrounding neighborhood. Nevertheless, impressive property in its own right. Strategically situated atop the hillside, restaurant and room views are incredible. The staff are very accommodating of English-only tourists. Large rooms and spacious deck. Breakfast was very good and the outside infinity-like pool offers sweeping views, day or night!
